You can't stay more comfortable than at this hotel! The beach is 4-5 min walk. Take the right part of the beach where you have the small island in front of the beach. There you have long shallows about 15 m and then deep. You cannot find the clearest water nowhere else. But sunbeds must be taken before 8-8.30! Supermarket just across the street. Best pizza in town at Flox is in front of the hotel with super cheap drinks (4.5-5.5€). The apartment is large, practical with a microwave, toaster, kettle and a balcony with a sea view. Towels are changed every day and cleaning is good. Breakfast phenomenal with a bit of everything in small portions that are topped up if needed, which means you always eat fresh. Good coffee machine. But the best thing is the staff who cater to all your wishes (if possible of course). I want to take the opportunity to thank Kristina who brought me some tomatoes, I can't find any in the nearby supermarket.

We spent our summer holiday in Cyprus at this lovely hotel and couldn’t be more pleased! The location is unbeatable: just steps away from the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea every day. Every morning started right with a wonderfully diverse breakfast spread (plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes). The staff was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They responded to all our questions with kindness and even offered great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, which added to the relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free summer getaway in Cyprus!

The hotel is amazing! The superior one bedroom appartment is at the same standard as the 5stars hotel.The whole building is very clean and the two receptionist Soula and Christina are friendly and efficient.The position is excellent, 5min to Fig Tree Bay and not far from Green Bay.Just off the noise of the main Protraras street being at the end of it. The pool is really good and clean.

Notthing I didn't like.The only suggestion will be to allow the use of the pool from early morning to late evening. It's a shame it cannot be used later than 18.00 and earlier than 9.00 especially for early birds who want to go to the beach afterwards or have a swim when returning. Also to put a mirror in front of the sinks.Instead of glass walls.

The big friendly smile from the girl at reception the moment I walked in and her excellent behaviour throughout my stay. Helpful and friendly well trained and great manners. You cannot ask for a better location with easy access to the property and plenty of parking spaces for the quests. The best beach - FIG TREE BAY only 2 minutes opposite. The room was very big and very clean with a smell of freshness as you waled in. Well decorated and well equipped.

The fact that the price (which was a bit high) did not include breakfast which you have to pay extra 10 euros per day per person

Great location, near all shops, bars and 3min walk to beach. Cleaned everyday by staff. Nice friendly people running the property.

One block is not as good quality/ updated as the other. Pot luck which side you get put in. Breakfast areas didn’t seem looked after too well.

Location, value for money, size of room, staff. Despite it's location it was quiet on the whole.

Appreciate it is self catering, but would be good to at least have a sachet of washing up liquid to start. It's a waste to buy a big bottle from the supermarket, and a pack of 6 sponges, for a weeks stay. Maybe some more information in the room about facilities too. I know this sort and f thing was removed because of the pandemic, but that's passed now on the whole...

The location was perfect for us: close to the beach and the promenade outside the city, on the very edge of the main street, close to the bus stop and the supermarkets. The staff is extra friendly and helpful, ready to support you: they did some extra cleaning at our request, and were kind to let us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check out. The amenities in the apartment were basic but good enough. We are also extra thankful for the good room location with a seaview balcony!

Totally not a fault of the hotel, but there was some noisy disco bar on the weekend. But we consider it as a price for the stay near the central street.

- There is a bar very close and music can be heard at night. Unable to hear if you have the AC on though! - The pool area is in between the two hotel buildings so can be shady at times. You do have to move sun beds often to remain in the sunshine.

Rooms maintained beautifully, as was the pool area-cleaners were fabulous, Staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Service at the bar and restaurant was faultless. Location was amazing, a stones throw from bars, shops and pharmacy Beds were really comfortable and the shower was really good, this can often let a room down, but this wasn't the case here. All round fabulous place to stay, highly recommended..10/10

The only thing I would have liked was more parasols.

Hotel was perfectly located by the strip but we didn’t hear any noise, it was modern and spacious (we had a one bed apartment). We actually booked this last minute as our original accommodation wasn’t nice so we’re a little nervous about going incase the same happened again but it was lovely. Comfy beds, very friendly reception staff. Cocktails cheap in the bar out the front and same as ice cream €1.80 per scoop! Pool is average and not many sun beds compared to people but we spent everyday at the beach so not a problem for us - beautiful Walks near by/ easy access to the port for boat trips
