Great location, easy access to shops and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of sunbeds. Very clean throughout the hotel

Room was a good size and very clean however it could do with a bit of updating especially in the bathroom, a walk in shower would be nice. A bit more information about the food, I.e. what is gluten free, vegetarian etc, there was just numbers on some dishes but not all. A slight sewage smell near the bar area

From the moment we arrived , we felt truly cared .Traveling with a 6-year-old daughter who has coeliac disease can be stressful, but the team here made it effortless and worry-free. Chef Costas went above and beyond to create safe, delicious meals just for her, and Demetres greeted us every morning at breakfast with warmth and kindness that started our days perfectly. Every single staff member treated us like family, showing genuine care and attention in everything they did. This isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel safe, valued, and completely at ease. It will always be our number one choice in Protaras. Thank you for giving us not just a holiday, but beautiful memories we’ll treasure forever.

Loved the souvvla! The hotel, pool area and beach are exceptionally clean and well looked after. Staff attend to empty drink glasses, empty plates and unused sunbeds so quickly and with a smile. Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel is superb! Right on the beach and by the Protaras strip (though it is not noisy from all the local bars), so you’ll have a peaceful nights sleep. Fig tree bay is a short walk along the beach. Be sure to stop by the young man selling corn on the cob/popcorn on your way- it’s delicious! The beach right outside the hotel is sandy, with crystal blue water. An added bonus is that the sea isn’t rocky.

More sun beds are needed around the pool. There were many food options available in the buffet restaurant, however , the food could use a lot more flavour. We also would have preferred more Cypriot food, rather than Mexican and oriental nights (as an example)

Perfect location, right on the beach (beach beds on the beach are paid as they are not part of hotel), nice hotel, beds are comfy, Wifi worked well. Very close to restaurant n bars, near the main strip. Food in hotel was SUPERB. We had half board and lunch we usually ordered at restaurant- huge portions for good price (1 plate enough for 2) drinks also nice and reasonably priced. But staff was the best. Very nice and helpful and polite and friendly. We would come back :)

Bathroom could use renovation and new towels, very cold everywhere in hotel due to aircon (bring jumper) unfortunate choice of tiles around pool n inside (it was quite slippery n my kid slide few times), hotel is not in quite area so you can hear music n noice from outside (it didnt bother us though) also in room you can hear everything from other rooms or corridor

It's good mid-category hotel at a beautiful beach. The staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling ladies at restaurant. The food is ok, it is similar to other same category hotels in Cyprus. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel for the price, I will surely come back.

Our city side room was quite noisy at night due to the loud music from the nearby bars, the sound isolation is good but earplugs were still needed because of the hard bass. This was the main con. I didn't like the extra charge for basic things (e.g. fast wifi, room safe). Dress code in a hotel like this is a joke, I saw people sent out dressed up absolute normally. The common toilet/shower at the pool area entrance was quite ugly, e.g. missing shower handle.

Excellent – far beyond expectations, especially in comparison to the 5-star hotel I stayed at previously (Venus Beach Hotel – Paphos), which honestly didn’t deserve even 3 stars. The staff was exceptionally friendly – the service manager, Aris, truly stood out. Although I usually avoid half-board options, there was no bed & breakfast offer available here – and I don’t regret it at all. The dinners were excellent, and the room exceeded expectations, much like the overall state of the entire hotel. All compliments – I will definitely return, and this is now my go-to choice for the entire eastern Cyprus region.

As usual, the main issue was caused by guests’ excessive enthusiasm for reserving sunbeds. The hotel would stand out even more if they addressed this properly – for example: if a guest is absent from the pool for more than 30 minutes, their belongings could be placed in a numbered locker (with the locker number left on the sunbed), and a staff member could kindly explain the policy to them.

The hotel is beautiful, right on the seashore. The service is excellent, the food too. The staff is very friendly. I would especially like to thank the assistant manager Christos, who was very kind and helped me with organizing the transfer to the airport. Everything was nice and I will definitely book again.

I did not like that it was a little noisy on that side of the hotel. The noise came from ventilation or central air conditioning. We had to close the terrace door at night so that we could sleep.

Everything exceeded my expectations, the whole staff is very friendly, the choice of food for dinner is great and changed every night, everything is clean and tidy. The pool area is clean and adorable, the beach is beautiful. The location is perfect, both for visiting the surrounding beaches and for Protaras itself, because you are right next to the main street.

I don't like the fact that you don't have any drinks or water for dinner, but you have to order everything. Also for someone who can't stand noise the rooms at the back of the hotel (which are not seafront) are very noisy because of the bar that is right next to the hotel on the main street and has live music at night. It is as if the singer is in our room 😂

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The gym was a bit of a letdown. The equipment felt outdated and limited, it could really use a modern update to match the rest of the hotel’s quality. Still, it was functional for a basic workout.
