Rooms clean and nicely designed. Comfortable bed. Great views. Great location. Great beach and service. Decent restaurant food. Breakfast was amazing. Staff amazing. Super friendly and kind. Everything except the towel situation was great.

The towel situation was a bit crazy. During our day of departure had to leave my passport or money for a towel. Very dangerous as you may leave and forget it. Even after the shower the white towels they wouldn’t give me my passport until I returned the white towels. Wild.

Very modern hotel with exceptional view from the balcony. It is perfectly located, literally just a few steps from a stunning beach with crystal-clear water. The beach is wonderful and not that crowded. It’s perfect to relax by the pool. The room was clean, and got fresh/new bottle of water everyday. Both breakfast and dinner both were quite delicious. I'd like to highlight the restaurant and pool staff as they were always incredibly nice and welcoming. Around the pool the there's plastic(fake) grass, which we really liked. We'd definitely come back.

Hello there, my father and I had a great vacation. The hotel is absolutely pretty. It was very clean, our room was cleaned exceptional by Huycen and also the cleaning lady, who cleaned the entire downstairs area was exceptional. The breakfast was well organised and yummy. It was great to write down your omelette choice and they brought it to the table, no queues. The lunch and dinner was beautiful, all staff have worked extremely hard and are very friendly. The entire hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable. The sea was turquoise blue and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks

This hotel is perfectly located - just a few steps from a stunning beach with crystal-clear water. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food was both varied and delicious. The restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to Victoria at the desk - her professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference, especially when others couldn't resolve our issues. She was amazing!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend using the hotel's laundry service. Although my original stains were cleaned, my expensive suit came back with new, greasy marks - and the laundry refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. When I approached the reception to resolve the issue, the hotel owner, Lisa, happened to walk by. Not only did she ignore the situation and walk away despite being called over by staff, but she also avoided us for the rest of our stay - while actively socializing with other guests. In the end, we had to seek help from an external laundry, who resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Everything was perfect! Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Irina at the reception. The hotel is very modern and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel is right on the beach which is very convenient as you don’t need to rent a sunbed, you can use the hotel sunbeds and cabanas and just walk right over. The surrounding area is not very crowded and loud, so it’s perfect to unwind and relax by the pool. Up the street there are a lot of shops and restaurants you can enjoy during the evening. Highly recommend trying the massage by the sea that is located right besides the hotel!

The only thing that was a bit of a hassle is that the elevators were a bit slow, which isn’t a big deal at all since everything else was amazing.

The hotel felt safe, welcoming, and beautifully modern. My room was spotless, with a breathtaking view of the sea — perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee on the balcony. The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach and close to everything in Protaras.

This is my second stay, I upgraded to a full sea view room expecting something even better. While the view straight ahead was nice, the balcony had a large block wall on the side, which really limited the openness and overall experience. The room itself was larger, but felt quite empty — no extra furniture or added comfort compared to the smaller room, and the amenities and bathroom were exactly the same. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since I booked during the busy season and was hoping for something a bit more special. The restaurants were decent, but food quality varied depending on the day — some meals were fantastic, others just average.

An unforgettable stay — I’ll be coming back! I had an amazing stay at the hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Alesya at the reception was so welcoming, and Anita gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had — the whole spa experience was perfect: the vibe, the temperature, the music, and the lovely team. One highlight was the beach bar — I went to grab an ice cream to go and ended up staying because I heard Myrtou singing (I hadn’t heard of her before), and her voice was just next level. I sat down to enjoy, and the staff brought me a glass of water on the house — then even another when I finished the first. Truly the sweetest people. They also stored my luggage safely before check-in and after check-out, and I was allowed to use all hotel facilities freely during that time. The breakfast buffet is to die for — so fresh and varied. Last but not least, the owner Lisa is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. Even if I want to explore another area in Cyprus in the future, I already know I’ll be coming back to visit everyone here again. Thank you for making my stay so special.

From the moment we entered the lobby, it was the beginning of a very pleasant tranquil experience. The room was big and spacious extremely clean. The staff genuine and friendly. Chris the manager at breakfast greeted us, eventhough we arrived as they were concluding the breakfast service, I was feeling a little jet lagged, he was very kind and accommodating. Great sense of humor too, which I can appreciate. My son and I enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by several days, the pool area was great also, no loud music blasting allowing us to truly enjoy some down time. The spa experience was the icing on the cake, I had a hot stone massage which was amazing, ask for Sunita she is truly skilled. Thank you Sunita. The staff at the spa Luis, at front desk was very helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this area for several years now, and have stayed at some decent resorts, by far flamingo paradise is the absolute best no question, the beach was beautiful, the resort comfortable and clean but the people working there are so wonderful they truly truly made our stay out of this world. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately my booking was last minute, so I got the only available room with a side view. Next time I'll be booking a sea view.

Location couldn’t have been better in the Protaras area. Clean, well kept hotel with nice swimming pool area and located right next to the sea. Excellent food at the breakfast and in the restaurant. High quality customer service. We had for example two rooms and the other one was uppgraded so that they were close to each other and we were superthankful about this.

There was very loud music played in the hotel nextdoor in the evenings. Earplugs were needed. It is good to know that the half board means breakfast + 3 course menu (not dinner buffet).

What a fantastic place! I loved everything about Flamingo Paradise. The location is right on the beach, and the sea is exceptional (more on that below). My room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and breakfast was impressive with lots of variety. All those things made for a great holiday, but what made it extra special is the lovely people. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. The hotel owner, Lisa, strives constantly to make sure the guests are happy, and this has trickled down to the rest of the staff. Everyone from Reception to the restaurant staff was fabulous – each time I needed something, they always went the extra mile to help me. It was such a positive environment. It may be listed as a four-star hotel but you certainly get the five-star treatment! My priority on this holiday was swimming in the sea, and I was delighted with that. I’ve been on swimming holidays around the world, and this was the best sea that I’ve found for swimming. The water is crystal clear and warm. It gets deep reasonably quickly – you only walk about 15 meters in and you can swim comfortably. And the sea is just steps from the hotel. I was on the hotel's sun lounger one minute, then dipping into the sea 30 seconds later! I also loved that the hotel was adults-only and didn’t have any loud entertainment. It was a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere. I returned from Flamingo Paradise with a big smile on my face from the lovely environment and the new friends I made. Special thanks to Lisa and everyone at Flamingo Paradise for making it such an enjoyable stay! I highly recommend Flamingo Paradise. I’ll be back next year!
