Very comfortable and cosy room. In fact, we were upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor (402). Definitely recommend taking one with a view! The room itself is no worse than other 5* in Cyprus. Brand new, very clean. Surprisingly very quiet. Also the coffee machine in the room was good. On a side note, really loved the smell in the hallway. There are also many places to chill out outside the room - a couple of bars, a restaurant with tables inside and outside, a playground for children under 4-5 years, swimming pools, etc. In fact, a separate pool for children with an area for babies! Friendly staff. Always happy to help. Pool/beach towels when you need them. Refreshing drinks in the afternoon. Breakfast was also very good, not boring even on the 8th day of stay - seasonal fruits, fresh pastries, sweets and savoury dishes. Dinner is also a buffet with 7 different cuisines. Tried once with Greek cuisine, it was worth it. Will consider breakfast + dinner next time. Last but not least, great proximity to the sea, the Magic Dancing Water Show and the busiest street in the city with dozens of restaurants.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good value in general!

Some staff in the breakfast smelled very bad which made it uncomfortable, and not enjoyable. That was the only negative thing for our stay.

We recently had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which provided the perfect opportunity to recharge our "batteries" – something we desperately needed. This wasn't our first visit; we've stayed at this hotel multiple times. On this occasion, we were given room 310, which was both nice and spacious. We also spent time in room 428, which boasted a lovely view of the turquoise pool and the deep blue sea beyond. We particularly enjoyed the late afternoon live instrumental music at the adult pool, with two saxophonists playing modern soundtracks – a truly delightful experience. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and traditional English breakfast. The crepes – available with chocolate, or honey dripping from a honeycomb – along with nuts, cakes, local delights, and a live stations, were all served alongside an assortment of breads and buns. Dinner was a highlight, with each night featuring a different theme: Italian, Asian, Greek, and Cypriot, among others. The dining experience was a mouthwatering feast, starting with elegant aperitifs and salads, continuing with delicious main courses, a live cooking station serving dishes like crispy Asian duck or beef Wellington (depending on the theme). The staff at the hotel were uniformly professional, hardworking, and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Nicos, the hotel manager, who always ensured everything ran smoothly, often greeting guests with a friendly smile. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Tryfonas, whose exceptional hosting skills significantly enhanced our experiences at the hotel. His attentive and thoughtful service made every interaction a joy. Mrs. Vera and Mrs. Elena also deserve our thanks; Vera for her role in ensuring a fantastic dining experience and Elena for leading the team that keeps the hotel immaculately clean and well-maintained.

On a short trip from Pathos, we chose the hotel because of the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The reception team on arrival were excellent, friendly and very informative, plus there was free car parking. At breakfast there were plenty of choices and again the staff were very friendly. The location is great just a few minutes to the beach and nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The pool was a bit on the small side, but didn’t spoil anything.

Where do i start 🤔 1) when we first arrived we got a free upgrade to a junior suite. 2) The hotel was spotless clean 3) Hotel personnel are welcoming, charming and very nice (All of them no exception) 4) room is new, comfortable and beautiful. 5) pool super relaxing 6) kids pool different from adults pool so that people without kids will not be bothered. 7) breakfast is very generous , tasty and way too many choices 8) we asked for a late check out but they were not able to provide it since there was an early check in right after us however, Nicos (the manager) offered us a free lunch and open drinks because he could not accomodate our late check out. Eventhough we were not upset at all and were not looking for any compensation. By far this is one of the best hotels i have been to in terms of comfort and service, both my husband and i highly recommend it. We did not want to leave. We will come back again and we will come with our kids.

We loved breakfast -a great variety of choices, you could choose to eat something different every morning! The manager of the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, the majority of the staff was friendly (with the exception of a waiter and a cleaner). The buffet was also very nice, with different cuisines every night. At the pool you would be treated to a slush-puppy-like juice, watermelon, iced towel to cool yourself down which were small gestures we greatly appreciated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we were happy to be upgraded for free to a big family room!

1. The bathroom inside our room was quite small compared to the big, spacious room we had. 2. The room was spotless clean on the first day we arrived but the rest of the days the cleaner was doing just basic house-keeping. The towels were changed only if placed on the floor (something which no-one informed us about) and she was upset when we requested new towels. Our coffee mugs were never replaced (except for the last day) and I had to wash them by myself.

First of all I would like to thank the hotel and the management. We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a superior with seaview. The staff were amazing, very helpful any time and very polite. We felt like home. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. The location is perfect, you can find everything close to the hotel. A lot of parking spaces are nearby, which is very important. We had breakfast and dinner, the food was amazing and there was a huge variety of food. Different events are going on almost every day, which are very joyful. There are 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids, very comfortable a lot of space for everyone and there is also a bar. Very relaxing and peaceful. There was a spa, and we tried it. The people there were professionals and we had a great time with good prices. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Cyprus all these years, and it's definitely the best one!

Absolutely nothing!

Blue Ivy totally exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to ensure that we were looked after and made us feel so special and welcome. Upon arrival during the early hours of the morning, they kindly provided us with hot drinks and snacks and a comfy blanket as our check in was not until 2pm that day (because of the flight cancellation by BA). They gave us complimentary breakfast and arranged the room by 10am, for which we were so grateful. Thank you Nicos. The staff at Blue Ivy always had a smile on their face and were very attentive of all our needs. We chose to go for bed and breakfast and the buffet had a good variety and was delicious. There was always live music playing during lunch and dinner time. Nicos could not do enough throughout our holiday to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and we were having the best time. He even sent a surprise birthday cake for my niece and a bottle of prosecco when we returned from the pool which added a special touch, and definitely made this stay a memorable one. This was topped up with the complimentary dinner at the hotel with drinks. In terms of transport, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from Blue Ivy that will take you to Aiya Napa, which is only a 15 minute journey. The hotel were also kind enough to arrange a taxi, which we found particularly useful when travelling to and from the airport as well as on our return from Aiya Napa. They have Spa where you can enjoy a variety of treatments. We had the full body massage for an hour with a mini facial. With the discount only came to 65 euros which was definitely worth it. Blue Ivy is ideally placed with 5 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and restaurants. The only disappointment I had was that, we only had 3 nights there, so we will definitely be returning to stay in Blue Ivy and make up for it. See you soon Blue Ivy. 😃

Everything was beyond anything we have ever experienced before.

The hotel couldn’t improve it is incredible. Only negative was coming home and the check in procedures in Cyprus to come home were horrendous and I am pretty sure quite a few people missed the flight home.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is very modern, clean, everything is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. We had a horrible experience with one of the hotels nearby so we switched hotels and went to the Blue Ivy last minute, and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. We had a great time. The pool and the breakfast buffet are amazing, the cocktails are delicious, jazz music playing … its perfect ! And the manager Nicos is very helpful and will arrange your stay according to your preferences. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
