The area is great for pernara 5 mins one direction and protaras 10mins opposite direction. 5 mns to the beach and walk promenade that goes for miles both ways to fig tree bay and new paraliminia post the other. pool are was great plenty of sunbeds and no rush to get one on a morning. alot of people stay for longer periods thats says alot. Its self catering facilities and we received some beautiful cake every few days from the owner which was a great touch. Theres no pool bar but you can have own won drinks etc very easily which made it so relaxing

The only thing that was a turn off was the building work next to the apartments but this will only be for a short time in may 25. the apartments are in a nice quite area and easy to get to bars restaurants in 5 - 10 mins

Location of property is perfect for exploring and very close to pernera and protaras. The studio accommodation had everything you need for your stay. Swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Plenty of free parking and the air conditioning was exceptional. Lots of local bars and small supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Maria has a lovely holiday complex which offers a variety of accommodation sizes. Perfect for a family or couple. Home made cake was delicious. Thankyou. Can't wait to revisit

Perfectly located. Clean. Everything you need inc full over/hob and washing machine. Lovely private patio. Super friendly and helpful staff. Felt really safe. 5 min walk to beach, supermarket and loads of restaurants yet quiet as located on quiet road and not a thoroughfare for rowdy drinkers etc. best self contained place I’ve ever stayed in in Cyprus and I was in Cyprus 2 months in all, 5 different places, and just a week at Flouressia was my favourite and will definitely return.

Laid back atmosphere, great pool, nice staff, large balcony, ground floor apartments had own barbecue ,weren't rushed to check out. apartments need updating beds not to comfortable very clean, location was good 10 minutes to all restaurants bars and supermarkets

This is one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Perfectly appointed, absolutely everything you need, plenty of room and masses of storage for clothes, cases . We cannot fault it and would highly recommend it to couples and families that want a quiet place to spend a holiday, no bar, music or entertainment but everything is very close by if you want it. The family who lovingly run the place are so very nice and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is clean and beautiful, we have had a wonderful time. Thank you

Absolutely perfect, large spacious apartment, clean at the time of our arrival, perfect communication both with the owner and with Mrs. Ursula.Very helpful.Great and clean pool, our little one was in it all the time if we were not at the sea.Big bonus inflatable and another large number of toys for children.We rented to the sea.

There should be some cleaning during stay,but I understand ,that may increase money of accomodation..

Beautiful, clean accommodation, with a home from home feel. Excellent facilities, everything was as it was advertised. Owners go the extra mile leaving home made cake and a welcome note. A lovely Cypriot owned complex where the owners work tirelessly to keep everywhere in good order. We were super impressed with this find and can see why they achieve such good reviews. It is rare I sleep easy my first night staying somewhere but here i could relax as everything was immaculate.

We liked everything, if we really had to comment on an improvement we would say the shower could be a little more powerful and the sofa beds could maybe do with a mattress topper just to make them a little more comfy. These are just very small and minor improvements and we really have had to think!

Quiet and remote location (the best beach around 1km), pool and parking inside complex. Spacious Appartement with big balcony, kitchen equipped with all necessary items for self catering. Owner so nice and helpful, cake and water awaiting upon arrival

Bed was rather small, might be issue for tall people, and not much comfortable Water pressure in bathroom very low. TV in living room outdated, just for local programs, despite of well running Wi-Fi. Oven looks much dirty, same for wash machine (not maintained for long time)

Beautiful apartments exceeded our expectation . Quiet location , with just a 5 min stroll to the beach. We had a studio room which was huge . Had everything we needed. Elena the owner kind and attentive . Whole complex was clean and beautifully landscaped. Will defo stay again. We could not fault it.

Lovely apartments and very friendly staff. Great value for money and perfect for our family. We had a one bedroom bungalow for 2 adults and 2 young kids. They loved the pool. The beach is close by and you can walk over. I would recommend hiring a car as the beaches and the caves close by are beautiful.

Apartments were lovely. Nothing we didn't like. Regarding the area, Protaras is nearby and has shops and restaurants, however it's very touristy and a bit 'British'. We drove to other restaurants in nearby towns for local food and they were lovely.
