The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o’clock, and since our room was ready they gave us an early check in. At reception we were also welcomed by the General Manager and we were offered a glass of champagne. We were then showed to our room by another member of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We were also given a bottle of champagne, a fruit platter and a personalized welcome message by the personal manager. We also a booked a massage which was absolutely perfect and very relaxing. In addition, as a person with Gluten allergy I was very pleased and surprised to see that the breakfast buffet has allergy labels on all food and gluten free bread and cakes individually packed.

It was a great choice.The Hotel is in a quite place.Rooms were spacious, total clean and luxurious with see view. Nice Decoration and great facilities all over the hotel. Personal is always friendly and helpful. Many choices in Breakfast with fresh products. The management make you feel unique with small gifts at your arrival and on the day of departure. And don't forget the excellent spa services. As people who have worked in Hospitality in Greece and abroad for years as managers and having visited several hotels in Europe, we highly recommend it. We definitely come back in future.

We loved everything. We went to Herbal Hotel during the peak season (second half of August) still the food was good, hotel was clean and staff was allways smiling and helpful. It is vey well managed hotel. Even it is small hotel it has spa which we enjoyed our 25 minute complimentary massage. Pool was clean and always active. Everyone was enjoying it. Location of the hotel is also amazing 5 minutes walk to the cleanest sea you can find and walking distance to nice restaurants and still not in the crowded parts of Protaras. I am sure there are fancier hotels around Cyprus but very little have the hospitality of Herbal Hotel. You get way more than what you paid there, definetly coming back.

Such a lovely find. Such a warm welcome. Complimentary champagne in the room for my sister’s birthday. The staff were so friendly. Clean rooms. Extra towels provided. Breakfast was fantastic.

The spa staff at the towel reception didn’t smile and I felt they let the other staff down. Such a different welcome within the hotel.

The staff were amazing, especially the Nepalese couple! The indoor pool (accessible from the outdoor area) was devoid of guests: So, super private and relaxing. Best smelling towels and sheets in any hotel.

Nothing much. A few fittings were loose in the bathroom, which was about the height of it. Great hotel.

The only thing was people reserving the beds outside with towels at the early hours of the morning and sometime not even using the beds. I think in principle if the towels are placed and not used within an hour for it to be removed to give other guests the opportunity to enjoy the beds. We spent most of our time on the normal chairs next to the bar.

Good location, 20 min walk to main Protaras strip, and lots of restaurants along the way. Indoor pool as well as outdoor. Main lovely nice and spacious and clean. Access to sauna and steam room included however need to tell staff to turn these on an hour before you want to use.

Breakfast was repetitive, would be nice for some change. People place sun towels early morning, so you need to get there quick or may be difficult to find a sun bed. Room cleaning was often after 4pm as checkout cleaning was prioritised, for me this is a little late as no clean towels ect when I came back up from swimming.

Great breakfast, good service from the waiting stuff and personnel we met. Special mention to Mr. Michalis the General Manager, who was courteous and took the time to meet our needs upon check in and throughout our overnight stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks sent to our room was also a nice highlight. Good location and quality furnishings.

The pool could have been bigger, the spa could have been better and more secluded - sauna had loud music which was not very relaxing, neither was the kids in the pool outside when you are trying to have peace and quiet. The kids playroom needs an upgrade with many broken / dirty toys and being close to the pool isn't the safest. No soap in the bathroom either of that playroom when we were there.

The stay we had at the hotel was amazing. The stuff were friendly and helpful. At the first place we booked the junior suite although there was none left so they provided us with a different room with sea view and upgraded us to all inclussive. Mr.Michalis the manager was very helpfull and understanding. We ordered room service food which was amazing and the stuff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable, the whole room was big and comfortable as well. When we entered the room there was as well a champagne to welcome us , which we really apreciated it. Liked the pool and the amenities as well. The whole stay was exceptional , really recomend it, for couples, and for families. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Location near the beach, excellent view directly to the beach, comfortable spacious rooms, nice outdoors and indoors pool, rich breakfast

There were not enough parking places inside the hotel area, nor guaranteed sunbeds for hotel residents (you should put your towel to reserve before going for breakfast). We also missed some fruits at the breakfast (there were only oranges and grapefruits). Lastly, the single beds in a twin room are rather small.
