Rooms were good and well serviced. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Entertainment was good. Location was very good with boardwalk access to the beach. The two a la carte restaurants onsite were excellent and worth visiting. Some good local restaurants a short walk away.

Most other guests were all inclusive and staff were efficient in meeting their needs. We had some difficulty explaining that we were B&B and needed to pay at bar and could use restaurants without exchanging a voucher. Generally settled amicably but would suggest staff briefing on that rare animal: B&B client. Didn't detract from having an excellent time here.

The staff are awesome. We arrived 3 hours before check in and we had a warm welcome from the receptionists. An hour after arrival we received the all-inclusive bracelets and were able to eat. The room was ready an hour before check in, so we were able to enter the room earlier. The view was excellent and food was amazing. We couldn't stop eating. Also they took into account the infant allergies and prepared special food for the baby every day for each of the three meals. Noise isolation from outside is great.

Loud noises from the hall. Doors are not very well noise isolated and all noises from hall come through. The noises were from people moving and closing the doors, so not a problem at night. It was just a problem because the baby had to sleep during the day and it would wake the baby up sometimes.

The staff were absolutely amazing with our 1 year old daughter and were very accommodating to our needs! Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay and informative. The pancake lady, Georgina was absolutely lovely, including George who gave us a banana for our fussy daughter every morning from the kitchen 😊, Theo from the Asian restaurant who requested the chef do a small spag bowl for our daughter - everyone was generally amazing! The guy who did the mini discos energy was incredible which our daughter loved too! Everyone on reception were super friendly and helpful

The high chairs that had the tables that could unattach did not fit onto the table securely and could slide forwards and backwards just to bear in mind that little ones can catch their fingers which our daughter did twice and definitely let us know about it with a shrill scream! We realised the high chair with the fixed table suited her better and meant she couldn’t accidentally hurt herself so we just used that one instead 😊 didn’t like that everyone put there towels down super early and even though half were definitely empty at points in the day there were no sunbeds at times!! Same as every hotel I guess!

Hotel feels renovated, working staff is very welcoming and helpful. Food is amazing. Entertaining team did very good job. Koukou move dance 4 life 😄

Rooms could be bigger. No shuttle straight to location, taxi costs around 70€.

The private pool-jacuzzi was amazing. The all-inclusive package had many options for drinks, cocktails, etc. The restaurant had a sea view and the options for lunch and dinner were very good. The service "order from sunbed" was very cool. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Location is not very convenient if you dont have a car. It's far from the bars, nightlife and the best beaches of Protaras. The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

Great hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, food great, bar staff friendly. No issues with getting a sunbed, towels provided, would certainly return to this hotel, beaches small and quiet, just loved it

Good service from the reception staff who responded to the problem that existed In the beginning, he was attentive to every request, a really pleasant and beautiful place with good restaurants (a la carte). We took a separate room with a pool which was really excellent.

Loved the layout and the rooms. Spacious, loved the small balconies. Loved the breakfast buffet. Was really happy with the location.

The lunchtime restaurant food was bad both occasions we ordered. And this wasn’t the free all inclusive lunch. Would have loved to have had the option of other restaurants to be open more hours.

Alcohol selection wasn’t the best for an all inclusive - Prosecco not on all inclusive and some terrible tasting local spirits
