Great place, close to everything but nice and quiet. We had a one bed apartment and a studio, both were very spacious and clean. Kitchen is well enough equipped if you want to cook. The beds are super comfy. Furniture to sit out on the front patio and also at the rear as we were on the ground floor. Lovely pool area, also kept very clean, with nice sunbeds and umbrellas. The gardens are very pretty and well looked after. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights and were surprised that cleaners came in and made the beds and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen area and emptied the bins. We all enjoyed the pool, perfect for adults and kids alike. It was a fantastic stay and we wish it could have been longer. Looking forward to going back 😍

1. Thin walls - one night our apartment near us made some noise, oh boy.. We could hear everything 2. The hotel has a garden and is ground level, also it was on the edge of the field, which caused some insects to enter the apartment. I hate insects but still it was manageable for me - mostly small insects. This isn't the fault of the hotel.

Very clean and well maintained property, big apartement, comfortable double bed, good a/c, nice view from our veranda, swimming pool for the kids.

We arrived late on Friday afternoon and they gave us wrong room, after we unpacked they asked us to move to the correct room. So we had to pack our things again and move to the new room.The receptionist was very polite and apologetic but we got a bit upset as we were tired and all we wanted was to head to the beach. There was also a lack of good communication as the girl at the reception couldn't communicate well in greek or english. Still she was very polite:) Apart from that we had a very relaxing stay. Only one small thing...bad quality of the blue towels, after taking a bath there were little blue cloth threads on my body and hair.

The hotel seems family owned and run. This directly translated that the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location is close enough for convenience, and far enough to be away from the noise and crowd. The pool was just an amazing place to relax and enjoy!

It was nice stay in Protaras, I would recommend it. Apartments were comfortable, everything needed were there. Cleaners came every day. Territory was also nice. the only thing is plumbing: it works, but already needs replacing. stuff and owners were friendly and always ready to help. Apartments located close to store, luna park, bus station, main street. About 15-20 mins walking to the wonderful beach.

Plumbing needs replacing. Sometimes it was hard to find anyone on reception.

Everything. The room was incredible and always kept so clean and was SO comfy. The cleaners were so incredibly hard working and always made sure that the room was well kept and clean; they mopped the floors, changed the bins, the towels, the bed sheets every single day. They also keep the exterior spotless too. Hosing down the walkways, sweeping the paths, the pool was kept spotless too! The staff truly are the heart of this place. They were so happy to help with anything and made the stay so much more enjoyable. Yannis (apologies if I’ve spelt that wrong!) who is the manager of the bar, was so kind and always willing to chat and help out. Alex was incredible and such a laugh (we’ve made a good friend with him and are going to be meeting up anytime we’re in the same country!!) and his little sister was a force to be reckoned with when we organised pool games! We booked this hotel along with A LOT of our family for our wedding and every family member has said how amazing this hotel is. This hotel is truly the best we’ve ever stayed in, in any country, and we could not recommend it more. Thank you so SO much for our amazing stay, we were genuinely so sad to have to leave, but cannot wait to return again next year!

Nothing. This place is incredible.

Everything was the same as all the other times I have stayed here. Difficult to better what is already exceptional, but each time they try. If I could live there I would. Because it is a small cosy apartment hotel you can compare it to a small village where everyone speaks and smiles, whereas the multi-floored, multi-roomed hotels can be likened to living in the city, with everyone on the move, with crowds and queuing, especially if they are all-inclusive and rarely acknowledging other guests.

Having to leave after my stay. The fact that time seems to go much faster whilst I am there.

Beautiful large apartment. Very clean with daily housekeeping. Air conditioning was excellent. Quiet by the swimming pool and lots of loungers. Comfortable bed. 2 minute walk from bars and restaurants, 5-10 minute walk to beach

Shame there was no bar or food available but not really a problem because we kept drinks and snacks in the fridge in our room

The place is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and the staff were amazing to us. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back there.

The fact that on Booking.com it states that there's a bar and a restaurant. Because of the location, there wasn't a big issue as you are surrounded by bars and restaurants but this would definitely be a reason for others to downgrade this little gem. The facilities are there but for some reason it's not functional which I'm pretty sure it will be in the near future

Returning for the second year in a row, not disappointed. Our apartment was clean and kept clean everyday by the lovely staff. It meets all your needs with all the appliances, if needed.

Last year when we stayed here the people managing the pool & bar were really nice and we were looking forward to meeting them again, however the were not there and the pool & bar were managed by the cleaning staff. Didn't affect our stay though.
