We spent 8 nights at Protaras Plaza Hotel and had an amazing experience throughout our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful coastline. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were consistently friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The food was always fresh and delicious — especially the desserts, which were great! A very special thank you to Andreea, the restaurant manager, whose kindness and dedication stood out every day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely come back!

Super location on a busy and active street with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Literally 2 minutes walk to the Fig Tree beach which is one of the best beaches in the area. The area itself and the beach in Protaras were much better than Nissi beach and Ayia Napa. Moreover, receptionist Eva was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop was directly infront of hotel, connecting to Ayia Napa and other locations nonstop all day and night. Room was modern, clean, comfortable beds, and balcony to the main street was very nice! Breakfast was good. In general, the hotel deserves 4-stars instead of 3-stars.

The location of the hotel is amazing, we had excelent view from our room. The staff was helpful and kind. We liked the breakfast as well. This hote was a really good choice for our holiday, we will be back.

The rooftop club is loud from Friday to Sunday. We are quite flexible so we could handle it however the music itself was a nightmare as the dj played new songs in every 30 seconds so there is still room to improve. I don't recomment this hotel for sensitive sleepers.

We had a perfect stay at Protaras Plaza Hotel, the location is great, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. It also has a bus stop a few meters away, which can conveniently take you to all the beaches in the region. All the staff is beyond helpful and kind -- the reception crew, the restaurant staff, and the cleaning ladies -- everyone was amazing with us. The hotel seems fairly new and is very tastefully designed. The room we picked also had an incredible sea view, despite being a block away from the beach. The restaurant's dinner was good, changed a bit every night, and included typical dishes (moussaka, lamb).

The bar located on the hotel's terrace can get extremely loud, up until late on some days, which can be an issue depending on the guests. The breakfast food was also good but didn't vary much from day to day. The dinner didn't include many vegetarian options. These were, however, small details that didn't affect our amazing stay much.

Room,and hotel are very clean,cleaner comes every day to ask what you need.Is very close to Fig tree.Bus station is in front of hotel.Food was really ok,also stuff in restorant,and all hotel employes were very kind.

Small pool outside with very cold water,small pool inside swiming just between 8-9 in the morning,water extremly cold.If you choose this hotel choose sea view,beacuse mountain view (I choose),actualy is street view,very noisy,buses spending some time on the station,acorss the street is luna park very noisy,its not mountin view,its street view,so dont make mistake like I did,especialy if you have a baby.

Since I stayed with my 4 year old (just 2 of us) I liked a lot the way everything was close and I could keep an eye on her during breakfast and dinner time Also, since it wasn’t crowdy at that time staff who were extra polite and pleasant remembered us quite well and there was no way I could lose my child 😁

The location. It is in centre of Protaras but it is not on the beach. I’m still grading this hotel with 5 stars, but last year I stayed in another one which was closer to the beach, still not beachfront and it was easily accesible down the shore + guests were provided with beach towels. Again, I’m comparing it to another hotel and my experience but I couldn’t say it is something big deal and so bad about this property. I liked it anyway, spoken in general

The location is perfect, not even 5 minutes from the famous Fig Tree beach. The hotel is very nice, clean, on the main street. We booked the sea view room, and it was amazing (highly recommended to do, as the main street can be a little noisy in the evening). The outside pool has perfect water temperature, how I like it. Combined with the warm and crystal clear sea, it was the perfect combo. The included breakfast was very nice also. You have different restaurants in the hotel, so you have many options for a meal to choose from. My conclusion is that this hotel is BEST BUY FOR THE BUCKS for what it costs and what you get in Protaras. I would come back for certain.

Me and my partner stayed here ahead of our wedding along with my mother, grandmother, and friends. We chose this hotel as it offered a great sized room for the morning of the wedding, where my partner would be having the traditional Greek gathering and getting ready with friends and family. Right from entering the hotel, we were blown away with how welcoming the staff were. My now husband got to know the owner very well and he helped us out big time for our wedding. We cannot thank everyone enough for making the run up to our wedding soo special!

I cannot think of anything. Everything was clean. Very handy location for everything in Protaras.

Noisy room, there is a ‘’FunHouse’’ next door, it functions until 1am … We asked for a quieter room because of our baby girl, got told that you could hear it in the whole hotel Breakfast is really basic and always the same, not too many options. Really few healthy options :)

Where do I begin...I booked a hotel that is in the heart of Protaras and during peak season less than a week before my arrival, selected an available room with sea view with breakfast included for, one would say, a bargain price. Not only that but upon arrival I was blown away by how good the hotel was. Modern, relatively new as it opened 4-5 years ago, has all the facilities to enjoy one's stay (spacious lobby, bar, rooftop lounge bar that opens at night, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, showers) as well as facilities around it (restaurants, cafes, shops, bars) and most importantly, one of the best beaches in the country! Wonderful staff that was very friendly and polite, from the receptionist to the room cleaners to the staff at breakfast time. As for the room, the outside view and the breakfast, I will let the photos speak for themselves! Needless to say, I loved them all and there was nothing that wasn't fully functional in the room. Everything from the room to the corridors to the pool was super clean. I FULLY recommend this hotel for families, couples, group of friends and travellers of all ages.

There was little noise coming from the lounge bar upstairs but that was ok as the windows are soundproof and blocked almost all the noise. I didnt have trouble sleeping as the bed was comfortable and the a/c great, plus given the street the hotel is located in, this is normal and it could have been a lot worse.
