I paid for a room in the main building because I requested a disabled room and I was informed this was the only way I could get one, this cost an extra €40, see messages, when I arrived I was informed there were no disabled rooms available despite being told on booking they would provide one. I asked on checking in for a refund of the €40 and was informed this was not possible.

Nice room, exceptionally pleasant view. Superior quality of food. The pier facility allows you to enjoy a more relaxing time at the hotel. Close to Salamis archeologic site. Beach and water very clean.

The hotel was full that meant that especially for dinner the amount of people at the restaurante can be overwhelming, especially for us that came from Karpazia.

Staff were polite and friendly. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Hotel has a casino.

Staff very helpful friendly and speak English. Rooms clean tidy well equipped. Wi-Fi worked well with good speeds and reliability. Food good variety, good standard. Nice Patisserie shop with a good variety of desserts and fantastic sea views. The Chinese a la carte restaurant (1 free visit) was fabulous. All the meals available were of an exceptional standard as was the service as well. The beach bar on the lower deck is excellent for lunch with great views by the sea. Grounds well kept and spacious. Pools very nice and plenty of beds and parasols Several bars well stocked with various brand names as well. Elevators down to the beach or plenty of steps for exercise.

Very minor issues but added for a balanced review. Over 50% of the arcade games in the games room are not working. The pool table is over €2 a game. That is very expensive and is ripping off your customers. The person supervising the room is generally away for 30 minutes at a time even though a sign is left saying they will be back in 5 minutes. The air conditioning in the games room is not working properly near the pool table area, consequently it’s very warm there. The rest of the games room is fine. Before we arrive, I asked if there was any dress code for the casino or restaurants in writing and was informed there wasn’t any. Unfortunately there is. No sports shorts or flip flops (sandals) allowed in the casino.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations — the food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the activities provided kept us entertained throughout our stay. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t even feel the need to leave the hotel during our stay. I’m definitely planning to return.

The only issue we encountered was at the reception. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were impolite and unprofessional, which was disappointing compared to the high standards seen throughout the rest of the hotel.

The facilities are great- aqua park, main pool, beach front are all amazing. There's plenty of food and drink options all over the resort. Our room was a family room and very spacious with proper beds for the kids. We had a great time and would come back again!

The drinks!! You can literally have anything on their ultra all inclusive but a lot of them aren't very nice. Some of the cocktails aren't made with traditional ingredients or are just too strong. The bar staff were willing to let you ask for specifics but we still struggled to get a nice drink like a Cosmo or daiquiri. The ice coffees are amazing though! There's a lot going on so it is quite noisy trying to get to sleep as a family. The kids show doesn't start until 0830pm and then other entertainment after. It was just too late for us but did mean the pool was quiet in the morning when we were up before everyone else.

This was our fifth stay at this wonderful hotel, and even though I wrote a very positive review on 11 January 2023, I feel compelled once again to congratulate the entire team. We noticed many welcome improvements throughout the hotel, including the addition of outdoor seating areas with new outdoor furniture. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, with neatly kept lawns and well-tended plants and trees adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. One of the most outstanding upgrades was the food buffet, which has improved remarkably in quality since our previous visits. We were truly delighted by the variety and abundance — so many choices of starters, salads, main courses, and desserts, all beautifully presented and of excellent quality. Congratulations to the Executive Chef, his team of chefs, and all the kitchen staff for such a well-curated offering. The waiters were also diligent and provided excellent service. Thank you to the Reservations team for once again honouring our request for a nice room. The Front Desk was quick and efficient at check-in, and the Guest Relations team responded to all my questions in detail and with a polite, professional manner throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank our waiter, Fatih, whose dedication and positive attitude stood out at every meal. He was full of energy — never stopping — always eager to help, and did so with a warm, genuine smile. It was truly remarkable how attentive and enthusiastic he was! Last but not least, kudos to the Housekeeping team — cleanliness remains at a high standard and is truly commendable. And not to forget the entertainment — especially the Brazilian show by the La Fiesta team — was absolutely fabulous and brought great energy to our Saturday evening. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

The mattress in the double bed could be better (harder). That's all! Everything else was perfect! Thank you!

Nice room with good walk in shower. Decent main pool and slide pool. Food was good. Drink selection is good, including some branded spirits. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. Quick check in. Nice beach and sunbathing areas. The pier club looked and sounded good, but we had kids with us so couldn’t go in as it’s a 16+.

Not really sure what the girls on the help desk do. Asked to book a restaurant, told to download the app, which u then use to WhatsApp…….. one of the girls on the help desk! She isn’t very quick at responding or clear on what you’re asking for. Upon further observation of the pair one evening whilst in the bar area, it seems the girls spend most of their time on their phones and only respond to guests enquiries as and when they can be bothered. We weren’t actually in the main building, we had a room in the additional building. Not that it was a massive issue as the rooms were nice and it’s modern, just meant a short walk to the main building and pool area.

Despite traveling during the winter, this resort had a lot to offer. The hotel is right on the beach so the view is spectacular. The main restaurant was very good with a lot of different dishes to offer (despite the other two restaurants being closed for the season). There was also a cafe with an excellent view of the ocean that offered gourmet coffee and deserts. The indoor pool was also very nice and long enough for swimming. And the sauna had a window with an ocean view! The gym was big, although the equipment is very old. We also tried a massage at the sauna and it was good, especially for the price. Best of all, was the staff, as they were all very attentive, helpful and cheerful. There was evening entertainment as well, with live music every night and a disco (which we didn't try), and a game center. All in all, an excellent resort! I can only imagine how much better it would be in the summer when the outdoor pools and pier are open, as well as the aqua park.

My only suggestion for the rooms would be to provide conditioner, as only shampoo was provided. Lotion and a bathrobe would also be nice.

Everything the food, drinks, evening entertainment, pool service, concierge service were amazing. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The grill corner at the veranda is the must if you like meet. Every day there was different menu at the main restaurant. The beach is pictures. Drinks are international and of good quality.

The hotel is old and is definitely not a 5* compare to a European standards, but if you're not planning to spend your day inside the room, you will love it. Also, we didn't like Chinese restaurant. You have to pay extra for it, but you get very limited selection of sushi (crab sticks, little salmon, vegetables) and choice of vermicelli, while in the main restaurant you're getting plenty of good quality food to choose from. So, I suggest to go to Chinese in some other place. Beach towels are too short, but you can get some extra towels from sauna area. Generally, good value for money.
