The staff were really friendly, efficient and polite. I am not sure how many tourists from the U K they get but we're able to deal with our queries and questions. The restaurant was run efficiently and really good value for money. Breakfast was included and the facilities were more than we were expecting ***** The location was perfect for us and with the University just across the road meant there were young people out in the evening and also a young vibe with the staff. We were within easy access to Salamis (highly recommended) and the old walled city of Famagusta

We liked everything, exactly as mentioned on booking.com My pet peeves are showers and I have nothing negative to say about the shower. The room was spacious and super clean. The pictures don't lie, the reviews are mostly true, if there was a bad review it was a customer that didn't appreciate all the good. We were allowed to park curbside, and there was always a spot. We also visited Varosha, a beautiful place, don't miss it. ❤️😊☺️

Clean, renovated hotel, pleasant and friendly staff

We arrived at night in a private car. The hotel is in the Turkish part. It is not possible to pay a late fee if you arrive with a private vehicle. The only way to get to the hotel was with a taxi from the Greek border. We did not know this in advance at the time of ordering. We note that the team agreed to cancel the reservation through Booking at no cost, only that this operation is technically not possible.

The breakfast was great, it would have been better if you had the option to have coffee with no extra charge. The room was nice with plenty of space.

It would have been better if we could have had free WiFi in the rooms and not just the lobby area. I didn’t like the fact that people could smoke in the eating area. This stopped us eating at the hotel for our evening meal as it was too smoky.

Really good, allowed to check in early, very spacious room with all mod cons, nice rainfall shower, comfortable bed but the mattress did move around a lot as it was loose on the base. Nice restaurant, adequate breakfast with tea, but no buffet & coffee & juice was extra.

The stuff ia friendly but a bit inexperienced. We were charged for extra water during the included breakfast.

The room was very comfy but it was very noisy outside because the room was looking at city view and breakfast was very tasty and good....

Hotel was outstanding for the cost. Staff were attentive and friendly - made our stay more enjoyable. Photos of rooms etc were exactly as we found (often not the case with other hotels we have stayed at).

Unfortunately, ongoing road works made access a little awkward.

Room size, location and cleanliness

Breakfast service was slow and limited options for gf/df diets. No alternatives for bread or milk.

The hotel was excellent for its value. Everything was so clean and fresh and full of amazing staff.
