Everything among this room was very good. I like the reception. It was very spacious and very accommodating. I like the behavior of the staff. They were very friendly and seemed very professional at what they do. I also liked the space in the room. It was very spacious and there was no complaints about any bloodlines. Everything was very nicely organized.

Everything about this property was very good except we did not like when the hot water was not coming out from the geyser. We wanted to have a bath after we arrived very early morning as our train reached Nagpur station at around 4:30 AM. We noticed that there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Very clean and nice rooms. Great Breakfast incl. fresh coconut water! It was the only hotel where we found it. We had some friends transiting in Nagpur that had to spend some hours there before catching a flight. They were allowed to leave their luggage for some hours at the hotel, so that we could explore the city. The hotel owner even organised us tuk tuks and negotiated the price for us. The hotel is in the city centre. The personal and service is very kind and good. We were gifted some local sweets from the hotel, which was very kind.

The hotel is located on a busy road and even at night it can be noisy outside, but it was not really a problem to us.

Hotel is centrally located and accessible to all the sights of Nagpur. Staff and service is excellent - they are extremely hospitable and go out of the way to make things comfortable. The amount of complimentary food they provided us was truly surprising - fruits, chocolates, mixture, sweets, chips. The GM was very helpful and made arrangements for even an extra room (for free !) since we needed some extra space. Breakfast is good - the right balance of taste and quantity.

Room is slightly small if you have a family of 3 or 4 (which is why we had to request for an extra room). Bathroom is also small with no partition between wet area and dry area.

The location is very good, on Central Avenue, walking distance from Metro station. The staff is very good, courteous and tidy. The breakfast is great - local and authentic. The rooms are large, clean and well stocked.

The only reasons why its not 10/10 - one had to climb and step up to go to the Toilet, and our room overlooked the busy avenue with its related noise though it is muted.

Smooth check-in, very clean rooms and bathroom. The staff went out of their way to see that we had a comfortable stay. Though the breakfast timing was from from 8:30 onwards they arranged for nearly a full buffet breakfast at 7:30 am. Very thoughtful and considerate

Parking on the road.

Hotel is nice rooms were cozy but clan and comfortable staff were very helpful As I was coming late night i ordered my food through phone itself. and after my arrival they served it in room. As I had to leave early in the morning, they arranged a packed Breakfast for my journey. Thanks for this kind gesture

While entering the hotel I was not that comfortable because of the location and also I think there is some renovation work going on

Good hotel near to the Railway station, it took only 5 mins to reach I wanted to check in early and they allowed me without any hesitation, the reception staff as very cooperative, room was spick & span, we had our Breakfast which was again excellent. Thank you everyone for making my stay comfortable specially Mr. Ahtesham

Entrench needs a makeover it does not look that great from outside

It was a very comfortable stay , staff were very cooperative and humble, overall it was good.. I will suggest to my collogues to opt this hotel whenever they are visiting Nagpur... Room cleanliness was up to above par standard hotel . Buffet Breakfast layout was very nice specially the coconut in such summer was delight. Thank you every for my stay so comfortable.

Great staff and service I liked the hotel for its great service. I had a great food at breakfast and dinner. Mahesh helped us a lot while selecting the food from the menu for dinner and with his prompt service. Hotel is neat and clean. The room are well maintained. A perfect place for a business trip and safe for women travellers.

Exterior Could have been better

I appreciate their hospitality and service standards, which beyond my expectation firstly they upgraded my room and provided me with some special complimentary snacks. The front desk staff were very humble and professional. The Breakfast was too good with coconut water specially.
