After my first bad experience with booking a dirty place in Cox’s bazar, I found this amazing hotel and from there my stay was fabulous. The staff is very friendly and can assist you in anything you need. I got a complimentary breakfast which was a buffet with a selection of delicious local and western dishes. My friend and I had a great rest on very comfortable beds in a very clean room. Didn’t have time to use the facilities (pool, gym) but that’s for the next time I visit again. It’s not that easy to find a hotel in Bangladesh that meets basic needs (like hygiene, cleanliness etc) but Long Beach definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this hotel for the best vacation.

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was very good and detailed. Location not too far from the beach. Shops in abundance. I found the ambiance at the hotel rather dark, in other words: not welcoming.

I am a swimmer, and I booked this hotel because of the pool which was non-existent. It is under renovation. The fact that neither Booking.com nor the hotel had told me, made me very disappointed. I asked for a refund which was given to me in cash after spending one night. Reception was rather cool after the incident.

We were off to a good start with free airport shuttle. Our room was in 6th floor overlooking road with a balcony, we loved the space, and it was peacefully quiet when window and curtains were closed. We felt instantly welcomes with complimentary juice drinks. Staffs, especially Yusuf, were very helpful. The area is big with gym and pool, we enjoyed swimming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The cafe inside hotel was such a cozy place. We actually loved staying in this hotel very much. Would recommend 10/10.

I understand it was the hotel policy but bag check every time we came from outside was kinda tedious. But we were okay with that.

I like the location, the staff are professional. There is a swimming pool, a restaurant and a coffee lounge. The rooms are spacious and cleaned with amenities. The restaurant has a large choice for dinner and it is tasty. The balcony with a view on the city is a plus for our rooms we had.

The breakfast has few choices of bread and European pastries.

I didnt like restaurant food or the service it took over an hour for the meal to arrive on the table then the food was awful as it was rushed and the spice had not cooked properly meats were tough and full off fats , not cooked properly and meals ordered were not right , ie; Chinese didnt taste like Chinese and Japanese didnt taste like it should so for good hotel with expensive restaurant meals , they should have chef that can create the meals on the menu to a high standard

Accommodating staff, any problems I had were solved - although some of them struggled to understand my english, luckily I can also speak bengali. Regardless, there is always someone there who will help with any issues.

Expected a better view, food was alright but some of it tasted a bit weird - especially since it is overpriced! For a 5-star facility (according to google) I expected more amenities (spa, etc.)

The ambience of the facility was very nice3, as was the condition of the facility overall. The pick-and-drop services, the concierge, etc., were all nice, and the behavior of staff was top-notch.

Overall, breakfast was good. Although the choices available were more on the over-spicy side. The timing for the swimming pool needs to be longer to offer more flexibility to patrons.

Spacious room, clean sheets, fresh inside environment

I found cigarette buds on the balcony as I checked in and entered my room for the first time. The room service intercom system was confusing Not enough toiletries were given No milk was there in the room plus only white sugar for tea and coffee.

The breakfast buffet is too good over there. The swimming pool was clean although it would be good if they would have heated pool

The room had dust on the floor. the floors could be cleaned properly in the room
