We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Goa. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the team stood out. A special mention to Ameya, the General Manager, who ensured everything was seamless and truly made us feel at home. The food was another highlight – compliments to the chefs! For the very first time during a holiday, we chose to have all our meals at the hotel restaurant instead of going outside, simply because the spread, quality, and taste were outstanding. Our stay was comfortable, the service was excellent, and every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. Thank you to Ameya and the entire team for making our visit unforgettable. Everything about the hotel is awesome. The food is to die for, the buffet breakfast is lavish. Must try the dimsums, cocktails and mocktails..they were yumm. 😋 The Spa is quite good which makes you feel more relaxed. They also have a nanny to take care of kids in the play area which is one of the best parts if you are with kids to get some me time. Must say, the GM of the hotel, Mr. Ameya went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one and pampered us to the core, we were glad to have met him. He is a true hospitality gem and will ensure that one has a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks to him for all the special arrangements done for us and upgrading us to a room with Jacuzzi, my kid had a lovely time. Will definitely come back! The room with Jacuzzi and private pool has an amazing view and it becomes even more beautiful when it rains. Would suggest staying in this property especially if with kids ..a must try. Kudos to the entire team at Grand Mercure! Keep up the good work!!

The facilities and the staff were excellent. The pool corner at sunset is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and we can say they went out of their way to satisfy our very needs. I would like to point out that Jemeson particularly was awesome, very careful and attentive to my 8 year old Clara.

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel did not have a shuttle to the nearest beaches, as I thought so. We had to hire a taxi (tourist vehicle) everyday, as there was no other way to go anywhere.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the ladies behind reception and the staff in the restaurant who were especially kind and attentive. Good location, far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Candolim but less than 10 mins by taxi. The hotel itself had excellent facilities and my room was lovely and clean and included a coffee machine - important for me! Great daily breakfast and I had dinner there on my last night which was superb. Thank you! Jem

The noise from building work was sometimes intrusive, particularly in the evenings. At the time I booked it appeared that there was no fitness centre so I didn't bother packing any gear. In fact there is a wonderful room with what looked like brand new and extensive equipment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Antarim Resort for a leisure trip, and it was an incredible experience! The resort's staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. The resort's amenities and facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Special shoutout to Ms akshata at front desk for making our stay truly unforgettable.

Its a beautiful property with big comfortable and well designed rooms. Big swimming pool and enough space for kids. The biggest strength of this place is their staff. Everyone is well trained. They are currently short of staff and they stretch out to maximum capacity still able to keep a warm smile on their faces, which is incredible. The food is top notch and nothing less than any fine dining experience. The credit goes to the executive chef Subrata and his team. The service is excellent and they make you feel special and always ready to go extra mile. We had a great experience with Antarim Resort. Everyone served as well but we would like to thank Jameson for making our dining experience more enjoyable and entertaining. We would also like to thank Akash , Miss Blanche and Shashank. Lastly we would like to thank miss Prachi for making are checkin flawless and helping to extend our stay. Thank you team Antarim .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Absolutely stunning! My stay at Antarim Resorts in Goa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view. The resort's immaculate grounds and luxurious amenities truly exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms provided a serene escape, while the delicious cuisine served at the on-site restaurant satisfied my every craving. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the infinity pool overlooking the pristine beaches of Goa - a picture-perfect paradise. I cannot recommend Antarim Resorts enough for anyone seeking a truly unforgettable getaway. Five stars all the way! I want to specify the names from kitchen staff chef sitaram chef Lalan and the boys Ajay Vineet Vinay Anil Jameson Arvind and Shadab all were very helpful and always served with smile.

I realllly liked the room! We booked the suite and the bed was super comfy. There are lot of things to keep you busy at the lobby. Carom board, chess, pool table etc. The pool is large and clean. The staff were great too! The breakfast was such a huge variety of things to eat. I loved every bit it my stay here. I liked how the receptionist knew my name without even seeing me. He addressed me by name and that was impressive customer service. I forgot his name but he works night shift.

The room service was terrible. We’d ask for things and only receive it after going to enquire 2 more times and after hours of waiting. The in-room dining is very expensive. They advertise the jacuzzi but it’s only when you book specific rooms then you can use it. There’s construction going on so it’s very noise there.
