Clean and comfortable, wide range on ameneties and utmost well trained staff overall taken. Daily base the complimentary water was refilled. + early check-in was possible helped me q lot after an overnight flight. + I forgot a purge in de locker and they've found it and the amount of money was still inside, so the trustworthiness is optimal. Also feels safe around the hotel with many staff present and security at the gates always welcoming you. Classic hotel feeling with excellent service. My room was spacious, I loved the view over the street and the shower was perfect

Nothing really.. there were quite some construction work going on so it has to be even better in the near future, it didn't bother me at all plus I was informed about this on forehand.

Absolute ease of access to location. Very coordial and welcoming staff. Most crucial component was cleanliness, which was totally inline. Basic requirements within the room were also absolutely inline as well. Perfect breakfast buffet option as well as in room dining options as well. Highly recommended and will surely look forward to book during any family visit in future as well.

I enjoyed very much the stay at DLF Club 3. It definitely owns the 4 star category with confotrtable, clean rooms and common areas, all very new and well designed. The rooms towards the garden are very quiet and peaceful. Room service was also very good, attending my requirements with tasteful food. The staff was very gentle and thoughtful, always helpful and effective - they certainly made my stay the best possible.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the facilities were top-notch. A special shoutout to Shreya (Sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong) at the front desk—your warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine care made all the difference. Cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive

The staff was not that active , i checked in by 11 am and got the call for checkout at 12:30 pm i think people at the front desk didn't communicate with each other. Order for IRD it took 1 hour to deliver my order any order delay was also not informed until unless it was asked by myself.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well furnished, very clean and hygienic. Comfortable and cosy feeling to stay in this property. Restaurant food is tasty and the bar has a nice offering of a variety of alcohol. Very courteous and helpful staff at the reception, restaurant, bar as well as cleaning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The staff at reception did not give a warm welcome. While speaking to us, they also spoke to other clients and answered the phone. It seemed they had too much to do and would be better if they had more staff at reception. The pool was quite a long way from the hotel and you had to walk by the main road.

Charming decor. Beautiful bar and great lawn side restaurant. Very well presented and trained staff. Breakfast had great selections. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
