Really appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the premises. The staff were humble and polite, Nima is an amazing professional. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

We just loved our five night stay at the Sumitel, the room had a large picture frame window with sweeping panoramic views of Khangchendzonga. Our room was spacious and well appointed with ensuite - great shower!! The Sumitel is situated in a perfect location - easy walking to points of interest, restaurants and corner stores. The real plus at the Sumitel is its courteous and dedicated staff who all ensure you have the most memorable Sikkim experience. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service at the Sumitel and the hospitality staff who provided assistance with meal selection - which resulted in us expanding our pallet and trying some new culinary delights for the first time. In particular, Akangcha Rai professional, warm and very helpful assistance was greatly appreciated.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists and kitchen staffs ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient,specially sweet lady - Akangcha. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. 100% recomended.

Would have liked more creature comforts, eg slippers or sth to cosy/warm up the atmosphere as rooms a tad sparse.

Our room had a very clear view of Mt. Kanchenjunga (as was claimed by the Hotel). Excellent views of the Himalayas. The staff was very good, helpful, especially Pooja in Reception and Akanksha in the restaurant. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

The rooms were exceptional with an amazing view.

That I asked to help with car wash and they said I should have informed 24 hours prior. Which was very stupid to hear. Just needed a helping hand with getting the sand off the front and back windshields.

Best location. Kanchajunga's view is awesome. Nice & comfortable rooms. Newly constructed property. Food is also good.

Very good rooms, bedding / linen/ bathroom was clean. Food in the in house restaurant was also good. Staff and service was exceptional!! will surely recommend.
