The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was truly exceptional, showcasing a delightful range of flavors and presentations that made each meal a memorable experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was also ideal, situated in a central area that made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local ambiance. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!

I have a deep appreciation for my morning coffee, and the restraint coffee was not great, while the room sachet coffee, turned out to be a delightful choice for my morning cuppa. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to use the sachet coffee whenever I pleased. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. This place truly felt like a hidden gem in Jalundar.

The property is very clean,very good services and staff are very polite.Request are fulfilled quickly. Good varieties of choices between Asian and European food.Food is very tasty.

Quite a few nights the bar was hosting private parties which is not good S regular guest could not go in? There were plenty of other rooms for privates parties so the bar and restaurant should be available for hotel guest every night

The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautiful inside. The room has a kettle and tea facilities and a walk in power shower. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and quick with all of our needs. Breakfast options were really good and offered many choices and very tasty food indeed. The restaurant ambience was beautiful too. The staff were all dressed in the same clean nice looking uniforms too. The facilities in the hotel and rooms were really good. Soft mattress and pillows too. Highly recommend this hotel to any foreigners travelling to India, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely come here again in a heartbeat.

Can't fault anything.

Great value for the money. The hotel had a fantastic service. The dining area was overall good too. The personell was very accomodating. The rooms are clean, modern and feel very new. Being built not that long ago the hotel has good windows to block out the noise from Jalandhar Model Town. Helps to relax and sleep at night.

The asthetics of the hotel is quite impressive. . There is a different kind of vibe in the hotel, You'll not feel like staying in a regular hotel which is a best part of it

Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear outside ambience pretty clear. . Room architecture is also basic. .

Staff service was excellent. Got me a cab at 4 in the morning after negotiating the cheapest deal on my behalf. Loved the lift door design. The decor is excellent and the little things like the lounge area on every floor, books, place to sit and chat.

The AC was connected to the light switch so had to sleep with the light on. There was a party going on in the banquest hall which was loud till 12. Stopped after i called the front desk.

Very clean, food was really nice and fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were excellent

Shower corner was mouldy needs to be clean. Apart from this everything was good 👍

A good location about 10 min walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive to any needs and the room was a good size and spotless. Very quiet for a great nights sleep and there is the roof top for a view of the city. I had breakfast one morning too with custom omelette which was very tasty and with speedy service.
