I've stayed in many Kyriad hotels - this was probably the nicest, partly because it was fairly new. The public rooms on the ground floor were very attractive, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice (even for a vegetarian like me!) and attractively laid out. It was also very helpful for the breakfast to be available from an early time since I had to make an early start on my journey further south. Located close to the A10 motorway, making it a good stopover on a long journey.

Hotel location slightly hard to find, even with Satnav, even though it was not a great distance off the motorway. Outside of the building not attractive and didn't do justice to the quality of the interiors.

Good location, nice room with a large comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. The hotel did not have a restaurant however there were many located just a couple of minutes drive away. There was a bar where you could get a drink. Excellent buffet style breakfast with the usual cereals, croissants, cold meats and cheeses and also bacon and scrambled eggs. Ample car parking available.

Staff were polite and pleasant. and spoke perfect English which after a 1,000 K drive was very welcome as it takes me a bit of time to wake up my French The bed was very comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep Breakfast was excellent Everything we wanted and more

The TV promised internett TV and a lot of programs in English. Unfortunately the internet TV was unsavable as were all the programs offering an English language choice. I don't expect French hotels to offer English TV, after all we were in France, but our delight at being offered made our disappointment much worse.

Great access from the highway and very clean and fresh room that allows for a good night rest while travelling.

I booked a room that overlooked the parking garage, which seemed available at the moment of booking. However, I was given a room that overlooked the highway, and although the hotel provides earplugs, you can hear the cars passing in the middle of the night.

Car park was secure. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. Can’t feel anything about this hotel would definitely stay again.

Nothing not to like

Location was great and just what I required for onward travel. The room was very well set out and the bed was extremely comfortable! The room temperature was easy to to use to suit and the bathroom/shower was great too!

The residents bins were emptied very early on a Thursday morning disturbing my sleep at 0530 but that was a very small inconvenience. Something more substantial like a sandwich would have been appreciated in the vending machine.

Everything! The room was really comfortable - family room with a really comfy double bed and two proper single beds, decent shower and toiletries, Aircon, rapid Wi-Fi and ability to cast to the TV so we could watch our favourite show. Coffee machine and kettle were nice touches not found in other hotels we'd stopped in. Free fusball table in the reception bar area was great. Plenty of places nearby for dinner and boulangerie for breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke English. Only stayed one night while driving from Spain to UK and will definitely stop here again if on the same route again.

Pleasant hotel just outside if Bordeaux serving tasty breakfast and plenty of parking.

- The buffet breakfast was great. Better than other 3 star hotels I've been in. - Room very spacious. - Dogs welcome. - Wi-Fi straightforward as it should be. No need to give your phone number. Not even a password. Just connect and surf.

- The sink in the bathroom was completely blocked. Nothing went down. Not pleasant...

Location is great near major road links. Very quiet and peaceful area but with nearby petrol station and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean room.

No food available on premises - only snacks but happy to provide cutlery and crockery if you order in
