Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is great near the centre of Tottori. Staff was very welcoming. The restaurant in 2F of the hotel was very good and not expensive at all, a must visit!

Room is not very soundproof so I could easily here what is happening in the corridor or in my neighbours' room. Parking spaces could be a bit wider, struggled to get out of my Prius, and parked in the centre of the box.

It's a tidy hotel with nice staff. Our room was small but adequate, although the bathroom was particularly compact. We had a room on the upper floor so it had an open sunny aspect. It's a flat 10 minute walk from the station and buses to the sand dunes. There's a good tourist office at the station.

Great views of the city. Will allow luggage to be stored before and after stay times. This place near a lot of shops and bars. Not too far walk from station or bus stop. Laundry prices are reasonable.

Bathroom felt small to sit on toilet correctly. It is two buildings and travel between buildings kinda a nuisance for others services.

The free drinks (wine, champagne, sake and more) in the lobby were a big plus ;) Very friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. The room is very good, and the hotel is really nearby the train station, and the bus stop to go to the beach. Overall a very great stay! Thanks ;)

Comfortabele room, walking distance from the station and bus stop, located at the river side. I arrived one hour before check in to drop off my luggage, and they already gave me access to the room, which was very kind. Definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great.

Some of the parking staff were a little difficult. Especially if you find full speed Japanese a bit difficult.

The location next to the river was amazing, especially since it was Sakura Season, so walking along the river and relaxing in the evenings was great. Not too far from the station, and bus stops are close to the area. Toiletries were offered at the desk and the staff also made sure if I was needing cleaning daily or not. Staff also helped to understand locations from the area, or needs.

Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Wish the window would have opened because at night it was a bit stuffy but I think the latch was stuck. Maybe just my room.

Pretty much everything! Was amazing value for the price and very comfortable! I also liked that it had a bath in the bathroom, not just a shower.

Conveniently located city hotel with all the required facilities. It had a nice bathtub and a good view from the room across the city. On site parking is available. The rooms are small but clean.

The room was a little small but it was very convenient.

The staff went out of their way for me (although they only spoke Japanese). It was friendly, clean and comfortable.
