Nice clean modern hotel with hot water on demand. Interiors are nice, uplifting the mood. Room remains quite warm even during the night in December. Must take room facing the park. The food prepared by Chef Krishna for breakfast and other meals was outstanding. Staff is helpful and provides good service. The hotel is in a very quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 15 min by electric rickshaw from Dashashmedh Ghat ( the main ghat with all the action ). A great place to stay for visitors from outside India too as chef is good at multiple cuisines.

Hotel staff is a bit laidback on execution during check in (they gave me the wrong room) and in replenishing ALL items 100% while making up the room ( never replaced tea bags, sweetener, stirrers though immediately provided when reminded)

It was our first stay at Coco Cabana in Varanasi. Location : Outside the rush & congestion area. Staff : All the staff from reception to housekeeping & restaurant are very friendly & helpful. They never said NO to any of our requests! Reception staff Pankaj is a gem! He is always smiling & very helpful. Another reception guy (sorry forgot his name) is nice & helpful as well. Service : Bottled water is provided sufficiently to keep u hyderated throughout your stay! Rooms : Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Superb Water pressure in the showers! Separate room to sit & dine comfortably. Many shops outside along the main road. Travel to Kaasi Viswanathar temple & Ganga was a brisk by car. Coco Cabana will be my choice for my future visits to Varanasi.

The property is new and very beautifully maintained. The staff is extremely polite and hospitable. During our stay, my son fell sick, and when I requested a vehicle, the team went out of their way to arrange one as quickly as possible. They continuously checked in to ask about his well-being, which was very touching. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience—from the spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Every aspect of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. I truly loved my stay here and will always choose this property for any of my future visits to Varanasi.

I checked into Coco Cabana under an emergency situation. I booked into a Hotel called Hotel Rudhrakash earlier, where I was scammed. In desperation, on Booking.com I found this place. I remember calling the property in the middle of the night and they responded promptly and by morning 9:00 am I checked into the room. The room was comfortable and lived up to the description on the website and exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and food is really good. All my dinners were at the property. The staff was very friendly, quite considerate and very welcoming. Due to my hectic schedule, I mostly missed my breakfast but the Tenzin (I may be misspelling his name, if I am, my sincere most apologies), the hotel manager sent breakfast over to the room. This speaks volumes about the hospitality of the place. The location of the property makes it convenient to explore the city. It is close to all major temples and is away from the main roads and ensuing chaos. Shout out to the staff!!! Thank you for accommodating me at the last moment and making my first visit to Kashi memorable. Keep up the good work!!!

1. Access from Main road to the premises has damaged road, 100 meters of dark zone, google map confuses regularly and having a gate (like in gated residencial colony,since this hotel is inside gopal vihar residential colony) which has been closed sometimes. 2. No Clear visible signage at entry point from main road. And absence of signages from colony's gaye to the premises.

We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel. Everything was excellent, location to the Kashi mandir and ghats, cleanliness and the staff. The food was of very high quality and very tasty. Several options for breakfast. Menu had varied options which were all very good. Every effort was made to make our stay very enjoyable and Would highly recommend the hotel. We would love to visit again in the future. Ashutosh at the front desk was very helpful and always available to sort things out. The travel agent recommended by the hotel; Sunny was also very good and professional and helped us a lot with arranging a very good driver . Could not find anything lacking.

This is one of the best hotel you can get in Varansi. The hotel is located in a gated residential community so it was very peaceful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, in fact it was like an apartment with a bedroom + living room. The best part of hotel was staff, they were genuinely nice and were trying their best to serve the guests. I did not try their breakfast but I heard it was good.

Nothing as such. The only thing is that it will take around 20-25 minutes to reach Kashi Vishwanath temple and surrounding areas so plan accordingly.

A good accommodation, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Varanasi, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The place provides a pleasant and relaxing environment. It is possible to reach the Ghats by tuk-tuk, while walking there takes quite some time. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the restaurant at the accommodation serves delicious food, carefully prepared. Overall, a pleasant experience that I recommend to those looking for comfort and a quiet stay in Varanasi.

Some improvements could be made regarding cleanliness, and one thing that bothered me in the room was a window near the bed that was not properly sealed.

1. The breakfast menu has a very good spread and all the items were delicious. Only veg options though. 2. Their dining facility is also commendable. 3. What I really enjoyed is their room sizes and the confort of the stay.

1. The hotel is situated inside a colony, and the road inside the colony leading to the hotel is full of potholes. The road needs to be mended. 2. The TV at rooms has no cable connection 3. The service at the restaurant needs to be a little faster. They take a lot of time to serve the order.
