Perfect location. Close to a busy road with all facilities but set back so it was very quiet. The reason I chose this hotel was it is pet friendly and as I was travelling with my little dog, it was ideal. The staff seemed to love my dog as much as I did (this is written in the past tense because my dog died a few days later when I moved to Pattaya). I have written to the Christella telling them about my devastating new. The only real issues at the Christella are communication problems. Many of their guests are from Thailand or China so there are only 2 staff members who speak English well & they weren't always available.

Beautiful pet friendly hotel in a quiet location but close to many necessary public offices, dentist, health centres. Great & reasonably priced masseur. Quiet, pool area & fitness room. Kind & helpful management & staff. Parking area, dog park, comfortable & clean reception area with small mini Market for essentials & ice-cream. I recommend this hotel 100% The only minus was no hot water in the kitchen so washing dishes and saucepans etc had to be done in the bathroom which wasn't easy or very hygienic. And just Thai TV with no way to use Netflix & no safe deposit box

the room , the location , the cleanliness , the staff and a wonderful owner of the hotel who was so friendly , welcoming and really knows how to please his customers . the staff were all such a great team and so helpful . the cleaning staff were also so professional and all such lovely women . having 2 dogs with us was not easy in regards to finding accomodation in Thailand , but this hotel was amazing , as they were so well pet friendly and the owner is genuine animal lover that cares for customers pets as much as we do . I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with or without pets , as it caters for everyone , and the owner has created an in credible business and deserves a rating of 10 out of 10 , and we can’t wait to return to stay here again in the future .

FACILITY: The facility is new, centrally located, and the interior design is excellent. PARKING: Plenty of car and motor biking parking. ROOM: The room was very clean, air conditioning very cold, shower very hot, bed soft and comfortable, very large TV, and the room decore was new and eye appealing. Plenty of condiments and comfort items in the room (i.e., hot water pot, refrigerator, coffee, tea, water, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc) STAFF: The front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable experience. The entire staff was very kind, accommodating, professional, and courteous. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of meals for foreign or Asian clients. Thank you!

The breakfast was of a high quality with ample portions and the scheduling between 07:00 and 10:00 was convenient. Is was seeking accommodation in the approximate area of Laem Chabang and Sriracha

The room lacked a safe deposit box. Perhaps when viewed through your prism, this is unnecessary if you deem that your overall level of accommodation security is sufficiently robust. Having now experienced the building, my initial concern has now been allayed. Another minor niggle was the paucity of coat hangers in the wardrobe - especially a concern for guests having extended stays. During my stay, I noted that having had a previous stay at the Avana hotel nearby, the hotel's television channel reception there was configured to receive selected broadcasts in English language. Could this be included as a future development or enhancement for your television channel reception?

Modern and clean rooms, lots of tasty breakfast options, happy to adapt to what I wanted for breakfast, nice outdoor area and pool, nice and quiet, staff always happy and kind

Very small ants in the room, didn’t offer discount for a stay of 5 weeks, staff had very little English so hard to communicate sometimes, the gym is pretty basic

due to being small size, the breakfast is not very diverse. Not many selections but understandable because of fewer customers than larger estate.

Clean, neat , quite and well maintained place

collecting deposit for room key card . this was after we paid room rent upfront. Returning back this deposit is quite cumbersome limited choices for breakfast
