The facilities is very clean and very good. The room’s spacious and worth the money. Cleanliness is ok.

The facilities is indeed 5-star worthy but the service…it’s like having a 2-star grade services in a 5-star facilities. On the day i arrived the staff couldn’t find my booking and made faces at me, and even AFTER finding my booking they gave me a key to an occupied room…(that was awkward). And the way the staff talked to me, it doesn’t feel like they feel guilty or anything for giving me the wrong room, or couldn’t find my booking, just meh 😕 Everything else was fine. Its a missed opportunity, they could have done so much more with a different management team! 🙂‍↔️

It was all so clean and spacious. Everything had good to high standard. You can order food from outside and warm it in the room and enjoy it if you want to stay inside one evening or two. Lovely swimming pool. My score over all... 9.5. a sure 10 if pool had shades on parts + a lunch/ dinner service a few days a week at least

A bit to far away from ships/ 7/11 etc. Have to order taxi. Not sure how this will be fixed. Just what i think. Taxi easy. Arrives in 2-10 minutes. And the trip to town takes 4 mins. But a crossing from the hotel over the heavy traffic 4 -6 lane road and you would walk it in 10 min ;). No shader for parts of pool avail. Strong sun will burn you. No easy access to toilets near pool (at least i didnt see them). Restaurant only serves breakfast. But understandable at times

Good facilities, clean, location is on local highway only one restaurant nearby. Need a ride to go to restaurants, seafood and explore the town. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is typical line buffet. Staffs are attentive.

No slippers in the room. We stayed in junior suite which has good size with sea view. The bathtub is not good to use as the foundation is so much wider than normal. To use the tub one must take a giant step into the tub. This can be very risky to fall over. No separate shower room provided.

- not many staff, so taking long time for checking-in. - air-con was too cold, and hard to adjust. - no nearby minimart. - cannot ask for more soap and shampoo. - no car roof at the drop off area, it was too bad during raining. - gym was quite warm. air-con seemed trouble.

Room and view look nice. Good for relax so you can enjoy during day & night with good spot in the room. facility in the room is enogh for basic living and bath tub so chill.

Book single bed but they just bring two bed stick together so have gap in the middle. Can't enjoy with my partner. Parking not enogh if you come back late night.

I stayed at the hotel because there was a very good discount. Also they allowed a free early check-in time, so was early enough for us to check out of my old hotel and check in this hotel during lunch break and start working. Other hotels charged extra for this service. which made this the best value in the area... The hugh swimming pool and massive hotpool is minimalist in a Japanese style. Initially it struck me as very plain and grey but after spending some time there I felt very relaxed in the environment. Sriracha itself is not a very attractive place to look out to sea, but this hotel has great views compared to other places in Shriracha. The rooms are very good, and the breakfast is reasonable value if you are only paying 150 thb per person for it. great office space in the room.

The breakfast is the downfall, it was quite poor considering the quality of the hotel. They had a reasonable selection of items, but there was too much sugar in everything. They had cute little sandwiches with ham and cheese, but sweet.. Personally I find it hard to enjoy savoury food that is full of sugar, first thing in the morning. nothing was very good quality considering the normal price of the hotel. Although I have found a lot of thai snack food is very sweet, I think that it doesn't need to be quite so in a restaurant. The food tasted like what you might eat in 7-Eleven. Due to the hotels position on the highway it is difficult to get to another restaurant unless you are driving. I imagine the taxis in the area and not very economical.

The swimming pool is the same as the pictures they posted and has a great view except the one very big construction building in front. The room was very cozy and nice.

The location was very poor; if you dont have cars, theres nothing you can do by a walk. Nothing is close from the hotel, so you have to order delivery food. Although they have a very nice big swimming pool, the beach beds were not enough, the swimming pool bar is closed, no smoking spots. The staffs there were unkind and somehow rude and they only give you one card key, so while you are outside, the room is not cooled up (the ac turned off). You can’t use the great looking restaurants on the first and second floor (Looks like they closed after covid). The lobby was super hot and dark, and even after claim, they made excuses and didnt turn it on until they have more customers 2 days later (Obviously they want to save the electricity finance due to covid).

Room is fully equipped and bigger than others. Comfortable bed and bathroom, in-room microwave and washing machine. Buffet breakfast is ok.

No ironing, slippers, and bathrobes provided. Poor WiFi signal if stay on higher floor.

There was really nothing we didn't like. We were amazed at the quality of the rooms for the prices we paid. Would definitely stay again

The only complaint that we could make was on the 3rd day of our stay it was getting busier and we found that when we went for breakfast there was a shortage of nearly everything which was annoying. They should be able to cope with maximum occupancy even though it was by no means full. This doesn't detract in any way from my previous comments. The hotel is great, we'll just have to get up a little earlier for breakfast.

The pool was really nice, except that the moment we were there it was so windy that it was actually cold to stay in the pool 😅. The bedroom was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable I fell asleep right away. Breakfast had enough choice and was fairly delicious. I’m very happy with the stay overall.

The only part that could be improved would be adding the shower curtains, cause without the curtains the water would get everywhere after showering.
