The rooms are spacious, quiet and well equipped. Large friedge. microwave, the shower has many options, the bed is comfortable, there is a balcony. The night is quiet, the location is central and close to everything. There is a minimart at the lobby. the breakfast was good too. The holtel is renovated and everything is new and working.

Absolutely great value for money. Room was simple but just nice for simple stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast included in the room rate, again simple but just nice volume and selection. Staff did not speak fluent English, but extremely helpful and attentive. I did not have any issue throughout the stay.

It was a bit noisy in the early morning as the hotel located along the street, but acceptable level.

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were a good size and cleaned daily should you need it cleaned daily, breakfast like most hotels, limited but cooked fresh and you won't go without as something for everyone

Clean. Very good room service and breakfast. Quiet place. Approximately 15-20min walk to shopping mall and main attractions in the city, which is much more relaxed and lower prices compared to Pattaya close by.

Noise, no sound isolation, one night we were awoken at 5.30 by a whole floor checking out. Another night at 01.00 by a shouting guy in the hotel. Hotel was clean but the fancy shower smelled of mold and needs a deep clean.

Staff took extra care during breakfast by serving vegetarian food specially cooked for me. I being vegetarian staff noted it during check in and served veg breakfast next day morning. It touched my heart. Great doing...

Location is pretty inside.

Location is good, easy to access the city areas. Room price is good value, not expensive. Parking lots are enough, not far from the hotel, can walk and carry the stuff.

The Jacuzzi and shower box functions are difficult to use. No bath curtain in the Jacuzzi tub, the water always splashes when we use it.

Staff lovely, helped us with our bags from the taxi to the room. Even upgraded us to a higher room with better views.

Breakfast could have more variety but still good value for money and was nice to have some toast and eggs to start the day.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very good for the price. Could check-in an hour early which was nice.
