The room was very big and spacious. I did not expect that kind of an accommodation in Kalasa. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They spoke to us very nicely and ensured that all of us had a great time. The staff were behaving more like a family than someone that I had met for the first time. They also guided on some of the sights that we should be visiting there.

Parking was a mess due to the stay is located within a commercial complex. Even though the rooms are clean, it could use a bit cleaning and the area leading to cafeteria would definitely need some cleaning. Elevator is tad old, small and slow. Delux room size is quite small and the water geyser was not working as expected. Suite room was quite good but only the room was equipped with an A/C.

A small little surprise in a part of Karnataka that we were visiting for the first time. We just took a chance with Booking.com and it didn't disappoint. The best part was the people, the tasteful decors which made us feel that we were home at our grandma's place. To top it all, the food was caringly served and the pallet was pampered. This time it was business, next time it will be for pleasure with family... Good work Dr Vikram....keep it up!

Excellent location, very clean and well maintained Suite. Artistically planned with lots of exhibits of traditional items, like musical instruments, old furnitures, cameras, old radios like Murphy, Bush Baron etc, books, and above all the Jhula used for the naming ceremony of the new born child. The staff is all female,Very humble, attentive, friendly and respectful. The staff served us freshly prepared and hot food in a restaurant with beautiful panoramic views all around. Great experience.

Excellent room. We stayed in two bedroom suite.. not a suit it's a home and very comfort with 5 star rating rooms and amenities. Staff are polite and rendered excellent service and tasty, hygienic food. Particularly Madam Pavitra served always with a smile. Dr. Vikram the proprietor of the resorts is very cool and never seen like a person very simple and honest. He visited his nursing home and we got an opportunity to interact with him in various matter. He was personally arranged his own company vehicle for local sightseeing with a minimum rates and arranged special dharsan & lunch @ Annapoorani temple. I want tell about the driver who's name Mr.Shakeel. He very much helpful to see the places in and around Kalasa & particularly kaithan makki table top 360 degree view point. Overall it's worth for money and we can give 10/10 in all aspects...... R VENUGOPAL

Everything is good and like...

The staff and the owner were both very very hospitable. Great homely food and very decent rates. They take very good care of their guests. I was sick and had coughed a bit and no questions asked to me they just got me some hot water to drink and made me kashayam every meal as long as I was there to help soothe my throat. Very very good stay and staff.

yes had healthy good breakfast . it was like home food , tasty , enjoyed having breakfast with a beautiful view and divines powerful presence near by. had a small trek near by .. break fast was apt. service and hospitality by Pavitra was too good .. may goddess ma Annapurneswari bless all.

I liked ever thing .. my stay was pleasent, calm. had a great experience. the arifacts and the old collection is very nice .. neatly displayed

The location is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful. The veggie food served was tasty.

The elevator is a local contraption. It literally jumps and starts every time you operate. Currently, they have renovation work underway, and the drilling and smashing noise is overbearing.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Spl thanks to pradeep, Shanta mam, sumana mam and pavitra mam were always there to help. All the antique collections they had in hotel premises and the location as it's in heart of the town

It was a wonderful stay. The owner was very helpful with all the information we needed and arranging travel. The staff was devoted to our comfort and made delicious food.

Everything was perfect. We preferred to stay in the Kalasa town, but if you are looking for a place in the wilderness, then it's not the place.
