Everything was fabulous! From booking arrangements to our final day at the Hacienda Bahia. The staff were particularly helpful, welcoming and courteous. Carmen helped with our booking from the outset and coordinated all our activities so that arrangements ran smoothly. We arranged a Nazca Lines flight and Ballestas Islands tour through the hotel and both trips were fantastic. Carmen also arranged a taxi to Lima airport for us when we left with our driver Diego, who speaks fluent English and is a gifted wildlife and cultural guide - the 4+ hr drive passed very comfortably. Our stay here was wonderful - the hotel combines luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There's free use of bikes, paddle boards and kayaks, a spa and even a museum with some interesting exhibits. It was the perfect finale to our grand Peruvian adventure!

Everything was perfect!

An absolutely beautiful property in Paracas that offered us a relaxing stay after many hours on the bus. The landscape was beautiful! During the day we enjoyed the heated pool and delicious food and drinks outside. There is a museum on property which was a real treat! Dinner in the Coral Restaurant was one of our best meals in Peru and the service was magnificent. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms (loved the skylight in the shower in our third floor room, the robes and tolietries). It was a short stay but a real treat for us to stay on such a gorgeous property. It’s just a short distance from town and feels like paradise!

It is hard to understand why this hotel is not 5 stars, it truly deserves it. From start to finish, everything was exceptional! The wide range of amenities and activities, including a large swimming pool, small museum, gym, tennis and paddle courts, pool table, kayaking, paddle boarding and a private pier, made our stay unforgettable. While the beach is not ideal for swimming due to plants growth, the expansive pool more than makes up for it, and the sunset over the beach is absolutely magical. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming.

My wife and myself enjoyed the 2 night stay very much. The hotel convinced us in all aspects - attention, room, restaurant. - The attention of the employees was excellent - from the reception desk over the restaurant to the activities area at the beach. Spacious room with a nice view, large bed, large shower, laptop-size safe. Delicious - mostly Peruvian - choices in the restaurant. Nice swimming pool and WLAN without issues. We enjoyed the Katamaran tour in the bay and found the equipment for kayaking and stand-up paddling in good condition. - We may have benefitted from the fact that on the days of our stay there were apparently few other guests checked-in.

The was nothing missing, nothing annoying, no disappointments. Maybe that was the best part of our stay - more than any particular feature or characteristic on the plus side, it was that all expectations were met and we identified nothing on the minus side.

Great hotel really, a gem in Paracas. They actually upgraded us for free, which was a very pleasant surprise. Service was phenomenal, staff were quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Most were bilingual as well. Drinks from the restaurant made it to our room in about 5 minutes every time, they ordered our taxis, and always helped with luggage and opening the doors. Amazing pools, one is heated. The other pool is spacious but could use a deep end. The restaurant is amazing, food, desserts, and drinks were delicious and the waiters were attentive and friendly. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the massages at their spa so much the first time, we ended up scheduling some the following day. The spa in the suite was really nice as well, only recommendation would be slanting both side of the spa so a couple can really enjoy it together. Museum was also a lot nicer than we expected, history from all parts of Peru are there. Game area was a nice little area, ping pong, foosball, darts, and pool. They also have indoor rock climbing there (mostly for kids but adults can do it too). There is even a trampoline outside, my girlfriend and I are adults but still took a turn on that.

Not really anything to dislike when typically I can be a little critical of hotels, especially if you are paying a lot. Great all around spot.

Everything! Gorgeous place that should be 5 stars not 4! Originally booked this for one night before heading to a 5 star hotel, but this was 2000x times better so after one night in the five star hotel we cancelled our reservation and came back to La Hacienda! Such a relaxing place with incredible customer service and impeccable food!

Only thing that could be improved is perhaps replacing the pool tiles as they are discoloured (not dirty, just general wear over the years)

Gorgeous location. Very quiet but was surprised to see kids.

Some slight aesthetics like the covers on the pool chairs, some had some spots on them and little things like the build of the shower. It doesn't drain fast enough so some water can spill out onto the floor if you're in too long.

What a fantastic location! Just in between the pacific ocean and the desert you'll find this beautiful place. You have excellent food, fantastic staff and very nice rooms. We had the room with sea view just - ground level- beside the pool, absolutely gorgeous.

The grounds,gardens and pool beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had wide variety of delicious meals.

Too far from town to walk if visiting with no car.
