We stayed for one night as we did not want to directly drive from Tromsø to Lødingen. Quick check in, nice staff, free coffee, tea and fruits in the hallway, nice library in the lobby (they have many encyclopedia britannica, which i found impressive). The breakfast was also good (a little bit gluten free and also lactose free alternatives were available). Bedrooms were as advertised.

One tiny thing due to personal preference: bigger glasses during breakfast would be appreciated! I drink a lot of water during the morning meaning I had to take several trips just for water. The beds (single beds) were a bit slim but nothing major, good for kids and people who don't move a lot while sleeping (which is the majority).

Very nice quiet and well equipped hotel. Good location to driving to a lot of day trip places. Very quiet rooms with proper solid doors, I really appreciated that. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast is absolutely excellent and frankly a highlight. There is an option to buy a make-yourself take away lunch with the breakfast ingredients, which I recommend. Very helpful staff. I enjoyed the hot free drinks, very good quality coffee.

The food in the restaurant is bad. It is actually cantine food, and expensive for what it is. I am kind of amazed at how bad the quality was considering how easy it would be to improve it. If you like all your food drowning in gravy, your potatoes as a mush and your vegetables cooked until they are a uniform shade of grey, you will enjoy it.

The location is great, there's a petrol station a short waling distance from the hotel where you can buy stuff all hours, including beer. Nice. Hotel is small, well appointed, clean. Rooms are good size, with quality bathrooms which are all very clean and comfortable. Stuff were all absolutely delightful. The highlight was an excellent, breakfast which superb choice of foods.

We had a beautiful suite with a big terrace to enjoy the view of mountains. Perfect for a family stay (5 people). The staff was always helpful and friendly. Probably best breakfast we had in all the nordic countries. Next to hotel there is a supermarket, cafe and gas station. Also some roads to do running and 24 hour free access to gym (which was very clean and new-looking).

Free coffee/tea/hot cocoa makes really a difference during stormy weather when you can’t go out! Great buffet breakfast. Plus value of having the restaurant inside the hotel at any time (the only one in the area!) Cute room. Nice location with mountains around

Location next to road blocks the view of the fjords. And also a big store with lights ruins the landscape view from the window. Not much can be done though

Good room size. Excellent breakfast. We did see northern lights just behind the hotel next to the river!

Our rooms are in different building. The reception is a bit confusing upon check-in, as she asked to get everyone (8 of us) to be in the lobby in order to get the key cards. Then while calling and getting out of the van (not yet stepping in the lobby), she gave us the key cards anyway! That's so weird!

great property, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, great deck to enjoy a beer and dinner with a view to the mountains!

a camper van sneaked in the middle of the night and plugged in to the electric charging right outside our room, and had their air con running all night (surprisingly hot night!), and then snuck out again this morning at 6.30. Ended up having very little sleep which was so annoying! Staff need to be aware of this type of thing for the comfort of their real guests!

We were delighted with our small but stylish and comfortable room featuring a fabulous view of the river and the steep, snow-capped mountain beyond. It was impeccably clean with quality products such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. The extra touches of free tea and coffee plus fruit and nuts were very welcome. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the restaurant and were very impressed with the friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was one of the best we ever had. The room and the hotel were both clean and well maintained. The surroundings are quiet but with a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and gym very close. Big parking lot.

It is a really nice place to stay. The staff member we met was a lovely person, thanks for all the information about local fishing spots and activities. We enjoyed the bathroom ameneties, they smelled wonderful! We even bought one for ourselves from the reception 😀
