The bed was really comfortable, and the location was great. There was a kettle, hot shower which worked well. The staff was helpful. Ac worked well.

The smell inside of the cottage was not good when we arrived but the ac helped a lot and we got used to it. A dog was barking during the first night but when we mentioned about it, the staff promised to work on that. (Fortunately the barking stopped after that night and we were able to sleep better.) The bathroom could be updated

The best hotel to stay at for people who want peace and quiet. The property is very beautiful, cosy and serene. The Arambol beach is just a 2-3 min walk and the locality has plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants, including multiple general stores where you'll get everything you could possibly need. The owner, Rohan, and the caretaker, Krishna, are helpful and polite. Definitely staying here again on my next visit.

There are some insects and mosquitos at the property.

Lovely build, good location, welcoming host and very helpful. The caretaker is always available if you need anything. I needed help with Internet access for my work and they gave me my own personal wifi extender.

Nothing much, except some things can be improved, like parts of the larger property are closed off and collecting dust, there is a pool but it's closed, etc.

My stay at the property was very enjoyable. The location is perfect (3-4 mins walk from the beach) and close to various eating establishments and shops. The cottages provide a relaxed stay in the midst of nature; and the staff (Sunil and Rahul) were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit !

Room was Nice and clean and staff is super friendly and supportive. I recommend to all who like to stay in cottages. And Most important i.e. cottage is just few meters next to Arombol beach that was really good.

Although room was nice and clean and have all basic amenities like kind of a hotel but the common area of cottages are not maintained well.

Staff were great if you needed anything. Room was tidy.

Not the fault of Greenland Cottages at all but I could hear music every night till about midnight which made sleeping difficult.

The property is divided between two brothers, the second one owns the swimming pool and majority of the property which is not properly managed . But the property where the stay are arranged are quite well managed

Very comfortable bed, the room also has an Electric Kettle and some assorted teas. The staff was very helpful whenever there was any kind of problem. Fast wifi!

The facilities could be better maintained, they seemed a bit abandoned.

I highly recommend staying here It's just next to the beach and yes the value of money

Room's are very clean very good location nearby to beach very close restaurants spacious rooms comfortable bed excellent.

Good location must visit very reasonable price to stay with family and friends clean room's.
