Front office manager Deepu is excellent. Extremely helpful and polite. I had paid more money. He called me, came to main road with the excess money and returned it. Such a wonderful man. Breakfast is good. Lot of varieties!!

South indian food

Huge villa with ample space and nice surroundings! Friendly staff and housekeeping folks. Buggy access to travel back and forth. Huge bedrooms with nice bedding. Squash and badminton courts are nice and swimming pool, billiards also was good. Bottled water in the rooms and in room dining.

The villa we stayed houses a servant quarters in the back which is occupied and we were never informed that there were people living there. We heard voices which was quite scary and only after asking for clarification from reception we were told about this arrangement. The living room and dining aren’t furnished - the rug was very dirty. Staff wasn’t available the day we landed and it was difficult to find assistance. TV wasn’t functional in any of the rooms and so were the telephones. No internet and they finally gave us a dongle for connecting. We were the only family in the whole resort and for the price we paid - the experience wasn’t really pleasant. My mother who can’t take stairs stayed in the downstairs bedroom and her bed was swarming with red ants. Restaurant though clean / good didn’t offer us buffet as we were the only family there. They initially promised that they can make custom food as we had bought breakfast and dinner package. But then the menu turned out restrictive and things like dosa, vada were nothing worth a mention and the coconut chutney had gone stale.

Reception staff are untrained. They take a lot of time. The facility is attached to a real estate project so there are a lot of issues in terms of resort v/s property. TV doesn’t work at all since the subscription for Tata had lapsed. Staff are very untrained. Areas are unclean. The room provides wasn’t tidy enough. The fittings have issues, had to be asked for help. Water bottle with MRP of 20 Rs is charged 60 Rs.

The room was spacious and the outside lawn was maintained well. The pool is big sized with a separate pool for kids. Their badminton court is the highlight of the property since its an indoor one & well-maintained. They also provide badminton raquets & shuttle to the guests.

The room size was big however the AC was insufficient to cool the room. Basic facilities like no.of towels, glasses, tea cups were not kept ready despite knowing the no.of guests & exact check-in time. Even with multiple follow-ups, the staff missed sending all items in one-go. The food was below-par with onion pakodas being soggy and biryani rice not cooked fully. On closer look, the cleanliness was compromised. Water flow in common washrooms was unreliable. Sauna did not work and we asked to switch on the jacuzzi, but the staff did not pay attention to the same. The pump in the swimming pool was not switched on which gave us skin rash.
