Excellent upcoming spot at Yercaud will be the no one spot for visitors in few months. The staff mainly Nesamani with her team were excellent in managing guests need to Mr. Vincent chef & team with wonderful food. Memorable time spent.

As a new property few fiber details from the point of interiors, accesories to be aligned to give guests absolute comfort. Use of space for activities r appreciated with populating value driven services from the desk. Consider these as part of scope of improvements instead of dislikes...

We booked for 2 nights. Liked the place and service provided by staff. Breakfast, Dinner and overall including food, facilities are very good.

The approach road needs proper demarcation and direction markings so that the property can be easily reached without confusion.

Food

Location is great and some rooms which are lower priced have better views. Staff is very helpful and well-behaved. Despite a lot if crowd they showed me multiple rooms to choose from. Room service was also good and prompt. Spacious room with all amenities including a spacious toilet.

Food was ok but not great. Breakfast was decent. For meals restaurant served items from the buffet spread only. In the meal buffet items were missing from the buffet and was not available till the entire period . Chef was talking to everyone but was not focusing on making the food available.

Rooms, very closed. For most rooms windows are directly in front of adjacent rooms windows so you can’t even keep the curtains off. With closed windows and no vents rooms feels very uncomfortable.

Calm and serene environment. Villas were neat,close to the lake.

Plenty of delay , breakfast/ buffet did not start on time
