The breakfast had a wide spread of options and the food preparation was reasonably good. The location of the hotel is well-placed between the Mall Road and the winding path to Landour ; it gives the feeling of being in the very midst of the hill-station.

Since the repair/renovation work in the hotel was underway, it sometimes disturbed the otherwise tranquil atmosphere of the hotel ; during my first stay there a couple of years ago the place seemed like a pastoral sanctuary. But I understand the necessity of the repair/renovation work and am not complaining about it ; far from it, since such work will enhance the quality of the experience guests have there in the future. Please get grilles fixed on the windows opening to the corridors as I had to encounter monkeys roaming inside.

The staff is really kind and even though I only stayed two nights I feel like I knew everyone there. They were very kind and helpful. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. You could wish for nothing else! The option to get room service or eat in the lovely restaurant was very convenient. I look forward to my next stay.

The room service were not cleared from my room until the next day which made it quite smelly.

The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The room was clean, the food was excellent, and the receptionist—as well as the rest of the staff—were incredibly helpful and friendly. Minus: It can get quite noisy during the day if your room faces the main street or the intersection.

It was a rather new hotel, modern amenities, all clean and well maintained. The check in and out process were quick and smooth. The dinner at the rooftop restaurant was good. The location is only about 10min drive from the airport.

The staff in the restaurant were not as courteous as the other staff.

Everything about Hotel JS Souvenir is quality. From food to fabrics this place is the tops. Bathroom and shower were spacious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The view from my balcony of the streets below was fun. The front desk was helpful and kind. I will definitely return for my next visit to Northern India.

Some of the rooms face the road but I was accommodated by the staff in one that was away , so no complaints !

Located very close to Dehradun Airport. It served my purpose as I had travel further from there

REALLY A VERY GOOD HOTEL. THOUGH SCOPES ARE THERE FOR FURTHER FINE TUNING, MY BEST WISHES ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ALL THE STAFF OF THE HOTEL. EXPECT FROM THEM THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICES ALL THE TIME. KEEP IT UP. IT IS A REAL HOME AWAY FROM HOME. ALL THE VERY BEST.

Wonderful mattresses and beds, especially for being in India it can be hard to find! Very lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Great food at the hotel restaurant as well!

Clean and near airport. Rishikesh is very close form the property. Amazing staff and food was really good a bit pricy but it's ok
