The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff that cook are skilled and friendly

We booked the entire property, four bedrooms and were not informed that other guests from floors below us will be coming over for their breakfast and dinner. Had I known that my family wouldn’t have complete privacy, we would not have booked this place. The internet goes off and tv doesn’t work at times.

Surajji, Kalpanaji, Pankajji, Jatinji and the team are so warm and helpful. Felt at home and it was the most comfortable stay. the room has natural sunlight streaming in and the mornings are enjoyable. Enjoyed the delectable, wholesome breakfast. The view from Jal room was amazing, where we can view and experience the beautiful Ganges from above. The place has a warm, lovely vibe with the soft chant of Shani mantra in the living room 24x7 bringing in such positivity and warmth. The main door of the apartment is always open so you can walk-in anytime.

The place is a mere 5- 7 mins walk down the steps to the main road closer to Janaki bridge. However, upon your return, it is quite an ascent. Hence you may be tempted to take an auto that needs to take a little detour to get to the apartment. But it hardly matters- once you reach the apartment, you can simply enjoy the well-lit Marine Drive from the balcony, with the cool breeze flowing in.

The place is very confortable, rooms are modern, with good equipments. It's quiet (for India!). The staff was super helpful and very nice. I had great food (you can have the 3 meals by order, its not a restaurant but there is a cook that cook for you on demand). There is a nice view on the valley. And there is a possibility to have ayurveda treatments, I had a wonderful massage with a very nice and competent lady.

I think the price is a bit excessive even if its a very nice place. The pool was closed. Its a bit difficult to find because it's in a complex of apartments and it's not indicated. Still I had a very good time there and could rest well, which was my purpose.

Really nice owner Madhav, the swami of this place. I haven’t expected that this place is so high up compared to accommodation in Rishikesh. I’m european/Australian and I expect a curtain level of cleanliness and in this place I found it. Very homely place. you are out of the craziness of center but still very close. Have to mention the very beautiful view.

This Homestay is on top of the Building so you have a breathtaking View to Rishikesh and Mother GANGA from sunrise to Sunset.The homestay Manager and his staff offers an absolutely perfect 24/7 service,( fulfilling every wish).He is also a very good and passionate cook,so you get wonderful native meals when you order.

I do not remember that theres is just one point to criticize. This Homestay was really perfect!

The property provides the most spectacular view of the Ganges, both the banks in all its splendour and the bridges across the banks providing the grandeur. One can sit on the balcony or enjoy the surroundings of Rishikesh with the Ganges view from the windows of the room. The staff is led by the Chef who has several international stints and combines cooking with courteous conversations that makes you know more about the good things of Rishikesh. The food has so much variety and has the touches of mastery.

Everything was just fine and the stay was so enjoyable with such courteous and friendly staff.

The owner and staff are very nice and accommodating. The food is excellent! The view is beautiful.

I would have liked to stay in the A Block which is a much nicer apartment than the one in D block. It is a good hike to get there and back, if you want to walk, if not, taxis are readily available.

We had a wonderful time at the homestay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view amazing. We chose to have breakfast and dinner at Golden Healing Journeys every day as it was simply delicious! We also tried an Ayurvedic massage which was very relaxing. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We even got a chance to meet the owners who were lovely and went out of their way to make our experience in India as enjoyable as possible. Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent home-stay with gorgeous views of the Ganga river and delicious food. A lovely terrace and two separate balconies around the property added to the experience. Clear communication from the time of booking until we reached. Super helpful and responsive staff who were professional and always happy to help. Spa services were great for Ayurvedic massages. As three women traveling on our own we felt extremely safe and secure. Overall an amazing stay!

Minor points based on our experience - the food is amazingly delicious however we found it to be on the more pricey-side. The rooms are fabulous and a small convenience could be to also have a dustbin in the room instead of one in the bathroom alone. The property might benefit from having a filter coffee machine and filter coffee in addition to the coffee powder sachets that ran out during our stay (they were replenished the next day with some delays).
