Great location, high up on the 25th floor with a nice view oft the city (there are 32 floors in total). Spacious studio apartment. Great aircon. Hot water in the shower was good and relatively strong with pressure. Very quiet residence - which allowed us to sleep/rest. Relatively "central" to anywhere you want to go in Davao. About a 10-15 minutes drive to/from airport (less than 200php taxi fare), and very friendly 24/7 service at the front desk. Elevators are modern and relatively fast to arrive upon call. BONUS: The AEON Towers are right next to Abreeza mall (as in right next door... only 1-2 minutes' walking time. TONS of restaurants to choose from, and anything you want to buy is right there! Amore was the person who checked us in, and she was super friendly, super helpful (plenty of good answers to questions about touring the city - and she's very proud of her city!), and we just knew after meeting her that we booked the right accommodation. The bed was fine overall, but the pillows were too firm. I'm also a 6'2" Americano and it was a bit short for my frame... but I knew that BEFORE I booked. Most hotels/arrangements in Asia are offered at the "double" sized bed. I suggest you bring along your own pillows if you're seeking comfort while sleeping. Honestly, there's nothing else that I could constructively comment on... It was a very NICE room overall.

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. The unit was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect—close to all the local attractions but in a quiet neighborhood, so I could relax after a busy day. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot! The size of the bedroom and how comfy the bed was.

The shower had water damage and was a bit small. Also I think the bed needs a deep clean, it may have bed bugs.

excellent location. clean and well-maintained. fast wifi. incredibly friendly and responsive hosts (app and on-site).

super minor feedback, but perhaps the bathroom fixtures can use some polishing (water/mineral stains). also, the rainfall showerhead has some clogged nozzles that cause water to spray outside the shower door and onto the middle of the bathroom floor.

Modern appliances I.e Samsung Fridge Freezer, big wall mounted 4k LG TV, brilliant lighting, modern shower. Spacious being open plan. Bed was very comfortable and big, cleaning staff were friendly and attentive and generous with weekly cleaning providing with water and toilet roll.

Bathroom is a bit small but what you lack in space here you gain in living area. Rooftop pool not completed yet which was disappointing but will book here again when Aeon Towers is fully completed.

the refrigerator smelled of durian so all our food and water stunk of it. lacked more bath towels for the toilet floor, nowhere to dry off your feet after a shower leaving a trail of wet footprints everywhere. water dispenser was so noisy and faffy, would’ve been better to have a proper water dispenser with hot and cold functions. phone was only for internal bldg calls which didn’t make sense.

Property is good, excellent location and the owner has good customer service communication.

Just a suggestion. Just put some extra tissues in the dining table and bottled water. Slippers for the guest not only in the toilet. Cheers mate🙂

The location and view were excellent. The facilities were elegant and clean. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, hot shower, purified water, clean dishes, free Netflix...the list goes on. We only have positive comments about the entire experience.

I cannot think of any complaints, not even anything minor.

Staff was really friendly and responsive. Any queries or concern, you can immediately contact staff. The place itself was very comfortable for 2 people. It has everything that was advertised, even wifi. The location is very convenient with Abreeza quite literally right next to the tower.

Wifi was a bit limited but all you have to do was ask staff for more gigabytes.
