Like the space in general. Has a wide space for a garage where we had a pre-set up tables and chairs for a fee of course to complement our Kapamilya meet & greet with a light dinner upon their arrival. Has a little kitchen & dining area where some group can sit and eat. Equipped with a ref to store some foods & drinks including bottled water. But for the sake of this survey, i cannot just say all the good ones coz i just booked this place for family members who stayed here.

The stairs are not old aged friendly. The CR has only water closet, does not have a faucet nor bidet to wash hands inside or even for filling the pail provided. Still need to transfer to the bathroom to get a pail of water that makes the floor messy. The water supply may be abundant but not sure if clean to use for even for toothbrushing. It had a brown color upon opening the faucet. Just based my rate before and after the stay coz I just booked this place for family members who stayed here.

My family loved the accommodation and it was spacious. My son loved to swim in the swimming pool. And the view is pleasing to the eyes. We feel comfortable with the place and the ambiance felt homey.

Maybe the food served during the breakfast may not really suit my father's taste, but for me i think it is okay. The service is served with professionalism.

From my first day at Crown Regencies I’ve felt very comfortable, the staff are exceptional. Im well travelled and I have never felt so relaxed and made so welcome as I did at this hotel. I extended my stay another week as it’s a perfect place to relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, I will be returning here the next time I visit Davao.

I liked everything about my stay here.

Everything was good as normal, and the staff did an excellent job recovering a lost bag I left in a taxi. They took this task very seriously as the bag contained medication and I can’t thank them enough. A very professional team.

Everything was good for me I was very well treated.

I like the idea where you can park close to your unit. The rooms are very spacious. It has a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and two comfort rooms; just like at home.

Some part of the pool were not clean (fountain area). The buildings are getting old. Maintenance or renovation is necessary.

Hotel needs repainting freshen appearance more shade around the pool and lunch and dinner

Size and layout of the facility

Provided worn out towels with holes. Bath/toilet is outdated, needs updating. Tiles and showers were not up to standards . Pool side needs repainting? It used to be such a beautiful place.. it just needs a bit mpre TLC

Sulit naman 9200 for 5 nights. Expected na old ang hotel pero ito na kasi pinakamurang hotel na may swimming pool at breakfast. At ang taxi from SM Lanang nasa 70pesos to 103 pesos depende sa traffic. All staff are nice, most of them are OJTs (on the job training)

No bidet, as expected.

Rustic and comfy. Upgraded room for free to deluxe suite. Overall positive experience

Nothing affecting our stay but there was an old smell to the room and upstairs shower was not usable
