The property was just so perfect. Near and convenient. It has parking space, restaurant, cafe, and salon. Its not also expensive. The hotel is clean and the staffs are very much welcoming. Though they dont offer breakfast but the rate was good enough. I highly recommend this property. I love Davao City. Next time when we will visit Davao City, I will book this hotel again.

It's my second stay here and as usual it's excellent. Staffs are proactive and prompt, the free water outside the rooms is a brilliant idea to reduce plastic bottles. It's clean too. I'll be coming back here often.

The WiFi could be faster for video chats but still manageable if you're just browsing. Still usable overall. Parking could be challenging as the parking lot is a little small.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is nice and clean, on the second floor we love the breathe spa, where you can get a relaxing massage at a very affordable price. Outside and across the street, there's a 24-hour 7eleven. Near in the city attraction. It was a great stay. We actually booked the same hotel for our departure.

Nothing much, It was a fine hotel. Parking is available, and the room is big enough to accommodate our family. Hot water is available outside if you would like to have coffee.

The rooms and the limited amenities like hOT and Cold water dispenser that is available outside. When you call for wifi connection or how to control the TV, they will send someone to assist you.

one staff was not honest enough . So make sure that you know your bookings or you'll end up paying double.

I like everything. The staffs were so accommodating and helpful. The facilities were also new. Clean bed and bathroom. They also have a playroom and spa on the second floor which I tried and my experience was also good. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Davao. Thank you!!

The place was accessible to some tourist spots. Walking distance to Roxas Night Market, Sana's Original Kabawan, etc. The staff were amiable and professional esp. Queen and Jane. Housekeeping personnels were amazing as they accommodated all our needs.

Must improve the WIFI.

The hotel gave us the comfort every clients wanted to experience. And i will rate this hotel at 10. Sirely, we will keep coming back to this place.

What I will suggest to the management is that, they should have at least a little cafeteria where clients can have snacks of breakfast, something to look forward in the coming days... 2nd, upgrade the shower 🙃

The free water with the pitcher and glass so no need to buy dozens of plastic water bottle. I'll be a repeat customer exactly because of this. Aside from that, the location is great, staffs are so helpful, aircon, shower, everything is clean and working.

The WiFi speed is slow and sometimes nonexistent. Good thing I have data with me. Still I prefer a working WiFi.
