Location is superb .. its accessible to all public transport and its at the center of davao city. Roxas night market is just across the hotel. Theres an affordable cafe at the ground floor with delish pastries.

The shower’s water pressure is low , theres no water kettle for coffee , we stayed for 4 days and they never clean the room.

Good location, hot shower, 2 beds in the room. Quiet room, elevator. Good personal and security. No insects. A close convenience store and cafes were nearby. Welcoming water. I liked public transport there.

Some additional cleaning could be added to common places and rooms.

I chose this hotel for its location. Staff were courteous and always ready to assist

The bed made a lot of noises when you move. I find it quite distracting. Guard on Duty may try a different approach when dealing when occupants entering the building. I didn't like the demeaning way I was approached by the guard as if I am some burglar trying to enter the hotel. For most of my stay, my requests to clean the room were carried out. However, on the last two days, this wasnt done much to my dismay.

Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for me!

Coz it’s from the heart of Davao, near from food stall, it’s very convenient to us.

The internet was really slow. We Cannot connect to the whole duration of our stay.

The rooms are cozy and clean. It's also very near to Roxas Night Market. The pricing is also value for money. Would definitely book there again next time (Inshallah).

It would have been better if they could provide a safe in order to make sure that the guest's valuables could be stored there safely. But given that it's Davao, I don't really think that someone would even attempt to steal.

place is very accessible to malls peaceful place. no one is banging the walls at night

4 days of stay with no wifi connection my room has no view.

Location was great, the market was right across the street. Great value, if youre looking for budget friendly accom. Has aircon, free bottled waters, clean bed.

It could use some updating but still great value.
