Davao Boutique Condo has been my favorite place to stay every time I travel for work because of its excellent location - right in the middle of the city, good Wifi , friendly staff, and value for money. The property is CLEAN and maintained by their daily cleaners. I also love the well thought off interior,…. the Bed is comfy! 😁 and the place is complete with amenities 😊 would love to stay again in this place!

The propety is on the city center. Wifi Connection is good (thank you) The room is clean and with daily cleaners. The cleaners are very kind and friendly.

The lift/elevator - Maintenance Issue Garbage chute is filthy. Lots of trash left and roaches. The pillows are very old and yellow, needs to be replaced. Small roaches due to the building’s lack of pest control.

Great Stay! We enjoyed it. Property is clean (daily cleaners), comfortable bed, and has all that you need. Staff is great and polite. We will be back.

It was a nice experience at a very reasonable price. The washing and ironing facilities were excellent. When you're on holiday, it's a big bonus not to have to take back home a lot of dirty laundry.

It was a little on the small side for two adults, but as we only stayed two nights, it was fine and we have no complaints.
