They upgraded their family room; it looks spacious and clean, and they installed two new air conditioners, which is great, and the window view is of Samal Island. The location is great; it's accessible to everything - park, mall, bars, like everything. The room price is great value.

The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of options like it used to, and you get tired of it if you're staying there for several days because the food is always the same and the main dish has only 3-4 options. They only have pineapple and watermelon for fruits. The staff is not as friendly; when you ask for coffee, they never come back, or you have to ask them again, and they even ignore you when you're trying to ask. So, you'd rather do it yourself.

Breakfast options are pretty average Nothing was happening during new year's Eve. The hotel could have easily organised drinks and nibbles, some music or dj at the resto and reception area and invite guests to a countdown to the new year.

Breakfast was nice. Nice the location as well. Everything was perfect. The only think is that my agent took 2 times money from my card for the payment to the hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent , Dennis , Leah , Dorin and Nino . The restaurant was fantastic , 10 out of 10 . 24 hour room service . Wonderful facilities . Clean pool , clean rooms . The housemaids were exceptional too . I could not fault this hotel . The customer is number 1 in this place ! The best hotel in Davao , possibly the Philippines , by far !

the staffs are very profesaional especially the ones in the buffet area more so the supervisor. very accomodating and making sure that guests feels comfortable.

the not so clean hotel..mattresses are everywhere outside the lobby.. they should have a place specifically for cleaning the mattresses and other stuff.

Downtown location and easy access in and out. Lots of entertainment nearby.

Towels are not as white as before. More of like you're questioning yourself if it was a clean towel or not because of it being dirty white despite being provided anew. Breakfast buffet is delicious but we have been there for two consecutive days and therw is no difference from one day to the other. We were hoping the food each day varies from the ones served the day before but alas, no.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Centrally located. Good restaurants nearby . Rate was very reasonable
