Accessible to convenience store, transpo and restaurants/fastfood chains... Kind staffs, free breakfast!

No problem with the location, the drivers know where the hotel is. Very convenient to buy dinners. The staff were all very friendly. They were just our family.

My shower. It kept on cutting off of hot water. I have asked the staff to fix it, they did but it kept on doing the same. Room401

Davao Persimmon Suites is a good place to stay. It's clean and comfy. You can easily walk to many cool spots in Davao City because it's right in the middle of everything. Plus, it doesn't cost too much, so it's a great deal. The people who work there are also helpful. They even let me check in early!

The only thing is, there are no escalators or elevators, so you'll have to use the stairs.

I like how affordable it is but the room and service is highly commendable. The breakfast is good your typical standard breakfast but for the price I payed it's actually a good deal. Tv is big and has cable. Room is cold and comfy.

The bed sheets. It's a bit thin. They can improve it by switching to comforters as the room is really cold especially when it rains.

Room is very clean,staff are aproachable,location is nice,with free breakfast,free wifi,bathroom is nice with shower hot and cold water,only the problem is no elevator but the staff is helping us to carry our luggages and the room a bit small but its ok for the travellers like us.I can recommend this hotel to my family and friends,and I will come back soon to this hotel.

the mirror is small,the blanket is too thin

The ala carte breakfast was fine, my friends liked the bangus (milkfish) in particular. I liked that the towels were new on the first day we checked in.

I didn't like that the towels were old and torn on the second day of our stay; the first day towels were there to impress obviously. Additional paper slippers would have helped.

I booked this for my mom. I was told the staffs are really kind and they allowed my mom who is a senior citizen to check in early (since the room is already ready). Appreciate it so much as she was very tired from a long journey. They call the day prior to ask for preferred breakfast the next day. :)

Pleasant place to stay and central. All necessary features (except window)…had curtains though. Breakfast okay. Gave good advice especially on bus to the airport, where to catch it (Mabini Market) and cost (40 pesos) all satisfied my budget.

No bacon for breakfast, Tocinos is not a good substitute

The location is near to everything you need to go. I like the cleanliness, the style and the staffs especially the guy who waited for us to check in at midnight, very good service and the ladies in charge of the free breakfast. It was really good for the price that it offers since it's for the two of us.
