Amazing place. Very good location literally next to Abreeza Ayala Mall. The condo itself feels very cozy and comfy. It has been made with the idea to give us a feeling of luxury but at the same time a homey feeling. There is everything we may need from the microwave and kettle to the washing machine. Having Netflix in the living room and in the bedroom is a very nice touch, as well as the options to link our own account like Amazon Prime video, Disney+ and many more! Me and my girlfriend have an amazing stay and will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

The so called restaurant/coffee shop is absolutely embarrassment for this place. The staff are lazy, slow and without any desire to work. The menu is extremely poor and even for the few things they have available, the waiting time is ridiculous and the taste is not always really good. The breakfast is poorly as well.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable apartments. Everything feels like new. Amazing apartment equipped with everything we may need, including a washing machine which is not very common to see. The girls at the front desk are amazing. Always smiling, always friendly and ready to help. Excellent customer service. The apartment itself is very big and specious. There is AC in the living room and another one in the bedroom which creates enough comfort in the hot Philippines days. The location is really good, literally next to Abreeza Ayala Mall where we can find everything we need including plenty of different restaurants. The city center is also near and you could get there simply by walking if you fancy a short walk. The airport is also within 30 - 40 minutes away, it depends on the traffic. Excellent value for the money and highly recommend.

It's not related to the apartment,. it's for the so called restaurant. The menu is very poor and there is an absolute lag of choice! The waiting time is ridiculous no matter if the restaurant is empty or full (which is unacceptable) and the girl who just exists behind the bar in most of the cases fails even to bring a menu or to attend your table so you need to stand up and go back to the bar, ask for the menu and place your order there!

Staff were very helpful with queries and assisted us every time we needed help with big smiles on face, especially Shiela , Rica and erica.. Location was awesome next to mall.. Great room size and good shower.. Got all basic amenities needed like fridge, microwave, plates etc

No Aircon in corridors and lift.. No housekeeping every day but they help you if you need to change towels asap, so not big issue.. Breakfast is more for locals and not much choices for international visitors, plus plate system and very small portion..Buffet is rare..

Modern building, aesthetically pleasant. Very clean rooms, great little kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower with hot water, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and a couple of other Apps ready to go! Pool very clean and water temperature perfect. Staff were wonderful 👏 Very genuine people who were very helpful and friendly all the time. This hotel is also situated right next door to a shopping mall with a fantastic supermarket and many shops to explore, fashion, electrical etc My partner and I had a fantastic time at this hotel and returned 2 weeks later to stay another 11 days 😀

Can't say a negative thing about this hotel or the people running it. Only negative would be the size of the pool but saying that they are already near completion of an infinity pool on the 32nd floor. We were even offered an escorted viewing of the pool.

The room is very spacious. It has a reliable internet connection and I did not have any issues working for 8 hours. The room is very clean and they have complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and answered all my questions from the time of the booking until check-out. They even allowed me to enter the room early for some preparations and their lovely staff helped me with check-in without me asking. She is really great! Over-all, it's my best staycation so far in Davao City. Will definitely book again! :)

The staff was very kind and courteous the room was clean and comfortable the AC units were a lifesaver for me to stay cool in the Philippines heat

I did not like that You could only have two bath towels (Max) in the room at one time and possibly they charge for extra towels. The mattress was to Firm or hard on my body and Hips

The location, front desk staff, security personnel, bed, view, and the bar and food service person who assisted us the first night upon our arrival.

The squeaky floor, that's improperly installed and the morning food service person who didn't greet, speak to us, or even clean our table. Maybe he worked all night, or something he's certainly not friendly like all other staff.

The staf was very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean...they came right away when you needed something...we ordered some food for dinner and you didn't wait very long.. I made a special request to put some roses leaves and buns of roses for my wife. For our 10 years anniversary..and .they arrange everything. There's a big Mall at walkingdistance en lots eateries near ..Next the Condo There'sa Koreanrestaurant....I recommend this condo if you dicite to stay a few days in the Davao City Philippines...

Breakfast was mostly great. Staff were corteous, respectful and helpful i providing relevant tourist information.

Corridors on 23rd floor were extremely warm. HVAC system not functioning throughout my stay? Doors into HVAC ducts were mostly opened, thought was unsafe as unauthorized persons could access them.

Very nice and comfortable. Treated like a king.

The extra charges for an extra pillow or blanket, towels etc. In a hotel this nice the cost of the room should cover any of those extra items. The cost were not expensive, but a little annoying.
