Location- near the night market and a lot of restaurants nearby. Quite a peaceful neighborhood. Rooms are spacious, with strong water pressure.

The staff refused to give me an invoice and insisted that since i used booking dot com, i should get my invoice from them. I showed her the response from the platform that the requested invoice will be issued by the property. First time to experience this and it seems that the staff lacks knowledge. Finally, on our 2nd day, she issued the invoice with a more friendly demeanor. Bed could be more comfy. No bfast for its rate. Wifi is a bit slow.

New building, clean, water boiler, nice bathroom, restaurants near by. Mini Waterbottles each day and water dispenser in the lobby.

I have never heard so many strange noise from a hotel building before. Got 605 first, the big water tank on top of the roof makes a rather noicy start and stop waking you up, so they moved me down to 205, smaller, so each time you try to pass the bed, my shoulders almost tear down the TV. I'm 188. So this room is made for not so tall people? Many likes hard beds, I don't and with big hard pillows, for me not so comfy. In second floor they have installed a ultraviolet bug killer that makes a very whippy kind of noise each time a fly is no more. The worst part is no small fridge, so no cold beverages.

The staff are very friendly and location is very central and accessible to most things (7/11, cafés, food, Roxas night marekt, etc.) The hotel is pretty basic - room to stay, sleep and take bath. It is affordable (even more if you book directly with them) and you can ask for daily housekeeping.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator. And wifi is also scares in our room for some time of the day.

I believe there were no breakfast available. The location is great. very accesible to different establishments and access to transportation. They also had a wifi connection. I had to work during my stay and so far I was able to work efficiently.

I think the restaurant within their building was under renovation thus breakfast was not available at that time. hopefully they open the restaurant and serve typical filipino breakfast food and filipino menu. Everything was ok. Planning to stay here again incase I need to go to Davao.

The staff is great (don't worry if Booking says they denied your request first - we fot it anyway!), being always friendly and very helpful. The room itself is extraordinary comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spacious and in good condition. Overall everything was fine.

TV doesn't have every usually found channels. Bathroom wasn't cleaned one day, even though the rest of the room was.

The receptionists and security guard were kind and helpful, always courteous when answering our questions and requests. The hotel location was excellent, near to restaurants, cafes, and the venue of our event. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing to complain about, but it would have been perfect if the hotel restaurant was not under renovation. The hotel's location is a bit confusing to find.

The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. They assisted us from our first day until our last day. The room is very clean, simple, and minimalist style. The location has nearby restaus, night market, and laundry shops.

The wifi is a bit slow as well as the signal. The area is flood-prone especially on rainy days. The rooms are not that soundproof because I can hear the noise and even the footsteps outside. There are also limited sockets inside the room, cannot charge properly unless you have longer cords.

I extended my stay here while I was in Davao. I liked its location. Very close to the night market as well as malls and different establishments such as restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. I was able to enjoy my free time because of how close the hotel was to these locations. (even KTV spots)

Nothing much. I just hate other noisy guests. I can hear them inside the room. It's a good thing that I'm patient. It didn't bother me much and would likely go back here again for future plans in Davao.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally located near the medical center where my mom goes for her monthly check-up. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment during our stay. The daytime front desk was professional and the guards were quite helpful. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was pretty fast whenever I wanted my room made up. Location is ideal.

The front desk at night seemed annoyed every time I approached. The facilities, although clean, didn't seem durable. The power went out in my first room so I was transferred to another, the door handle of which broke shortly after. The fridge would sometimes stop working. Overall, I think I'm lucky those were just minor issues, because I had a feeling it could've been worse.
