Staff are very polite and helpful. They provided us an electric kettle since we love coffee and staying up late. The transportation in the area is very accessible. The water heater is working properly. The aircon is cool. We enjoyed our stay.

They should improve on their WiFi connections and the lights. Its quite dark since they are using yellow lights. Nonetheless, the place is worth it.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Good shower with hot water. Bit outdated but if you can look past that you get some of the best value/money in the old center of Davao. Note: i was staying in the deluxe queen double bed room.

No electric kettle (i like making my own coffee) There is wifi but not everywhere in the hotel. It is my understanding there is no wifi in any of the deluxe queen double bed rooms.

The staff are very accommodating and quick in responding to our request. They were also polite duriny our online transactions and made sure we have everything we need. The place is also in the heart of the city but not too busy, traffic-wise, so it's nice area to walk around. We asked if they have a fridge to store some leftover but instead they offered to bring a fridge in the room.

None, really. Maybe if their business goes well they can fix and do a bit of renovation in their place but all in all it was such a pleasant stay.

Location is near restaurants and landmarks. It’s 5-15 mins walk to places like Roxas Night Market, People’s Park, and National Museum. Water pressure and air-conditioning are strong. They also have a heater. Wifi is strong.

There was a weird smell on the sewers but it was gone when water flowed through it. No breakfast included.

Staff are friendly, the location is in the heart of the city.. when we visit Davao soon, surely we will go back to this place. Very clean and accomodating..smiling staff...

I dont know what to ride going to various places like SM, schools, and others so we rode through taxis..

Everything is good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Second time staying and it never disappoints, Location wise it's in the heart of the city. Very accessible. We will stay again in our future travels ☺️

The bed was very comfortable and spacious for us. The view was also amazing. I think the staff put us in the best view. We never mind the noise from the street. They were not noisy at late night btw. Staff were nice too.

Everything was nice except from the shower. Everytime I checked in a hotel, I'm always excited for the hot shower. It completes the relaxing feeling. However, the shower head seemed loose and didn't "shower" properly. I had to use the tabo/dipper to take a bath. I think providing hangers for clothes would be great too.

This is a really great hotel! The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and it is quiet for an undisturbed nights sleep. The staff are all very friendly and were accommodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel for staying in Davao - Everything that you could desire during your stay is easily accessible, with the downtown and Roxa's night market a few minutes walk just around the corner. Good location on Quirino Avenue. Close to Penong's Quirino restaurant and Gaisano Supermarket. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Cathy and Lovely (yes, that's her real name :), who advised me on transportation around the city.

I had to move from room 401, which had a city view but which also came with city traffic noise, to room 405, the furthest away from the road to get a good quiet night's sleep.
