The property is right in the heart of city centre with nearly everything available at walking distance. From fruits and vegetables market to live bands to chill the night out or the numerous spas. The hotel is also conveniently located to coastal road with good connectivity either through grab taxis or jipneys (most cost effective transportation). The receptionist were great source of information. This helped me explore few prominent places like The National Museum of Phillipines, people's park, Ramon Magsasay park and the coastal road.

The rooms despite contemporary feel are too low roofed with old AC which at times gets very cold as it needs to be operated manually. Except for bath towel, toiletries are for sale. But of course there was shower and shampoo gel

The location is very good. It is right at the center of the city. Near to all necessities needed. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Vehicles are very safe with security during night time.

Water supply on third floor needs a little improvement specially during morning. No storage for durian for pasalubong. No intercom for easy communication with staff.

I like the room it is very comfy...happy with it's room price 😊.. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I feel. Like i am in a real manor.. Hahahah. I super like the place... The wifi signal is strong and fast.. Thank you so much the manor hotel.. 😊

The shower knob.. I am having a hard time using it.. Although there is an instruction but still it's hard to operate... Also the television is not working.. No matter how many times I press the remote 😅... But it's OK I just use my celfon in there the whole time.

Centrally located. Just go out and take a bit of a walk to access places to buy food, eat, and sites to see. We particularly like to go to the Eatery near Peaple's park called "Uleng's Batchoy, both the batchoy and goto are so good. Commuting anywhere is easy. Staff are super great.. Reception is very important as it is the first impression of the place, Both the receptionist who receives are great and very helpful to us giving directions and suggest ways to commute.

The signing of the Checklist of items contained inside the room. The room attendant wanted me to sign the checklist immediately but I insisted that I should personally check each item listed in the checklist if they are indeed present in the room. True enough, the two remote controls cannot be located. I had to go to the reception area and ask for these items.

What I like is its location, the superb cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff including the security personnel. Yes, there's no elevator but it does not matter because its just a three floor Manor and they have staff always ready to carry your luggage.

No restaurant so no room service but you can always order through food delivery apps and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's super clean - amoy malinis din. The cr, beds, floor, etc. Super clean. It does look old but well maintained pati AC It's accessible. Near McDonald's, bangkerohan and one ride to Gaisano, Roxas, etc. I love it

I was a traveler and I love to stay at hotel , all I can tell is no free hot water for your coffee you have to pay it it cost 25 pesos, if possible to provide a hot water 😁 only this hotel no hot water 🥹

The staff are helpful and friendly. I appreciate them placing us on the 2nd floor as we had a lot of bags and they have no elevator. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is showing it's age. It's clean and the staff do ensure it stays clean but there's only so much they can do.

Just walking distance to McDonald's and 7-Eleven and other restaurants. Easy access to taxi. The staff are nice and they lent me an adaptor so I can charge my laptop. The wifi connection is not reliable if you are going to use it for work.

The shower won't close properly. It was dripping the whole night and it's kinda loud.
