Clean room

Lack amenities like slipper, water to drink, glass for drinking,toothpaste and toothbrush.

Staff was very polite and courteous and very helpful and I would like to thank your staff for making my stay pleasant I will be returning in December and I am looking forward to staying in your hotel again

I did not like the noise from the renovations being done on the hotel but I can fully understand and I look forward to seeing the hotel again once all of the renovations have been completed again your staff was very polite understanding and quite helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who is thinking about staying here

Staff are very helpful! Good location near malls and the business district, along the main highway. There is a breakfast cafe at the lobby and area is well lighted. Hotel is very clean and feels modern. Shower is great!

No closet, only hangers but this is not a big problem for short stays.

-Rooms and hallways were clean. -The staff were friendly and responsive. -They let me borrow clothes iron, and also they assisted me with my room keys when I forgot it twice inside my room. -The location is also strategic as it is nearby SM Lanang Mall and Airport -Check in and check out was easy. -big mirrors -There is enough parking space -There is a coffee shop and a mini mart downstairs

The sink was clogged, though we did not report it as we figured out only when we were about to check out. There was no telephone inside the room nor by the hallway so we had to go to the lobby at level 2 to request for something (like extra towel as there was only one in my room). The elevator cannot detect if someone is going in/out; cannot hold the open button either. One of my family members got caught by the elevator door while going in. But overall, the hotel is good enough for our one night stay in Davao. Big thank you to the staff.

Good value for the price. Simple and effective. Good location - near a supermarket and a big mall. Easy to get taxis on the main street.

Didn’t clean my room at all for 3 days- I had to request new towels and toilet paper. But the staff helped when I asked. No door to the shower so the bathroom gets wet too easily. No extra amenities like toothbrush, hairbrush, proper shampoo.

the room accomodation was so good. Hot and cold showers were functioning. there is a bidet also that is functioning. The place is also safe. It is also near to the nearby malls and along the highway. Breakfast is also delicious.

The staff is great they just need to be trained on guest assistance. Two people in a room 1 key. One person leaves room and other person staying in room must be without electricity. Give 2 guests two cards. Explain push room door not turn knob to enter.

Good place to stay, good location, very clean, well equipped.

The size of the room did not fit the size of the double bed, no bedside table on one side and really no place to go to the bed on one side.

Cleanliness, Friendly and accommodating staff. Use of App for any requests and their corresponding prompt response. Location. Value for money!

Not enough space to move inside the room, small foldable table to put things on. This is ideal for short stays (1-2 days) but for longer where you have more luggage, it is a bit less spacious.

The staff was nice during our stay. Even the security guys are very helpful. Budget friendly hotel.
