Empty trash daily. I was told I needed to empty my own trash.

A very clean, very private, and very safe hotel. Each room has a small kitchenette, comfortable beds, and good aircon. It's modern and new. It's quiet and small. I almost hate to give them a good review because the hotel will become too popular and maybe they won't have a room for me next time I visit Davao. I also want to take a moment to recognize the hotel owner, management, and staff. They are professional, fun, kind and considerate. They responded immediately to one small issue I had. Really, there are very few hotels in the world that are this peaceful and wonderful. Highly recommend

The hotel is buried in a neighborhood far from cafes or stores so a taxi or jeepney is required quite often. Of course, grab delivers food to the property

Modern style apartment.. The tropical plants spread all over the apartment and also in our suite.. very friendly and accomodating staff. The price may be a little high like hotel but makes you feel like you are home as you can do laundry and cook and staff can bring you towels/water jug refill/toilet papers/rugs. you put ur clothes in the washer and they do the laundry, wash, fold and deliver it to your suite, free wifi,

The location.. very narrow road and lots of small shacks all over the street. The apartment is like a hidden gem.. a little expensive despite the area is not the greatest . You have to always order for a grab car coz some regular taxi doesn't really know the area

We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the contemporary interior design, and the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff. The beds and pillows especially stood out because they were so comfortable.

Nothing really impacted us in a negative way. If I had to name one thing, it would be the poor quality of one of the rough, sandy roads a block away from the hotel, which was difficult for our cab driver to traverse, after repeated attempts.

Absolutely brilliant brand new apartment hotel conveniently located outside the city center. A spotlessly clean unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a fenced courtyard. The swimming pool is the crowning glory. Super friendly staff to help if needed. Full ten points.

If something, the proximity to the airport might bother more sensitive individuals. Maybe not worth mentioning?!

The king suite was fantastic, everything needed was in there. The staff very fiendly and helpful. It is off the main roads and cab drivers had trouble locating it. You need google maps for sure. A pool right outside the room, tastefully decorated, plants everywhere. I recommend it most highly.

Staff was friendly, apartment was clean including the bathroom. We were able to buy local fruits and frasted on them (has to be outside the room).

Can improve with amenities, such as having paper towels available, kitchen towels, extra garbage bags. Street going to the apartment is like an an alley and could be busy at certain hours. Few drivers needed specific instruction or direction to locate.

Almost everything. It was a bit of a travel to major events from there but it was good. I have one complaint and that is the aeroplane noise.

The taxi drivers not know where to go but using grab and they not have a problem. The changing of the sheets and towels was non existent. 9 days using same bed sheets and towels

The place is in a complex where they are setting up a swimming. The host was friendly and helpful enough!

There was quite some noise in the morning due to the swimming pool construction. Location is not the best if you like to be close to the center but you can still reach malls and a series of shops within a reasonable walking distance

I would highly recommend anybody in the area staying at this place. The staff was very helpful and kind, And the facilities was so comfortable I almost wanted to book it for another week just to stay longer.
