I didn’t have breakfast at you establishment

I had a very hard time checking in because of your BDO terminals. Every card I used was declined. I walked to the mall and used the atm outside and boom no issues. For the next few days evertime I tried to pay for things while shopping or withdrawing money it was declined at BDO atm and stores that use BDO. May I suggest you have an alternative for people as an option.

They have the most considerate staff. The RAs assigned to my floor, Alile and Ken, were really thoughtful and attentive. The location and parking were also superb. We stayed here last year, and I still love the fact that everyone is friendly, and that the building itself has an overpass or bridge that connects to the mall.

Same as last year’s review, the building is a bit old. It’s not that I dislike it, but it would be nice to replace or repair a few bathroom fixtures, for example. They did, however, update the lobby tiles. Also, the gym still hasn’t been fixed, which was an issue last year. It would be great to have a fully functional gym for our next visit.

Lovely staff especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was superb, though a little smoked salmon would have been even better. The location was also very good next to the mall, so an easy landmark for Jeepney drivers to identify. The pool was excellent.

Though I stayed for 3 nights, on each day I explained to staff I did not need my room servicing. Yet the response did not match the promises in the literature in the room. At no point was I offered any drink voucher or an opportunity to have a contribution made on my behalf to a charity. It's all very well making these promises but how about following them up with action?

The breakfast was amazing, Herald, Maurice,Donallson.Regine,rich, all the kitchen starr was unbelievable! The housekeeping staff especially the laundry, the guards,doorman ,Adz Locsin,Nars Jasper,PaulMely Mark Noel Norhan pardon me but the entire staff of park in including the desk were all phenomenal. I work at NASA and recommended this place for thir petsonnel.

We recently stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson in Lanang, Davao, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with a convenient bridge connecting directly to SM Lanang Premier. This feature was incredibly helpful for my husband, who is recovering from a stroke and has limited mobility, as it allowed us easy and comfortable access to the mall without hassle. The staff at Park Inn were excellent—always attentive, accommodating, and ready to assist with our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Park Inn for its location, exceptional service, and accessibility. It’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting Davao.

For my wife and I, the Park Inn Davao is the best hotel in the Philippines. This may seem like a bold statement, but the standards of this hotel far exceed any other "posh" hotel elsewhere. The rooms are clean. The food is terrific. The staff are helpful and always go the extra mile. And not least, the hotel is run by a fantastic manager. I 100% recommend the Park Inn, Davao, to any traveller.

I love its close proximity to SM Lanang. We needed to attend an important event in SMX so we decided to book here to avoid the hassle of commuting. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained. Aside from that, the staff were very helpful and responsive with our requests.

The only gripe I have is the daily housekeeping we did not ask. The other hotels we stayed in would give us the option for housekeeping. But in this hotel, the room is cleaned even without us asking. In fact, the housekeeper rang the doorbell while I was in the shower. I find it a bit of a hassle in terms of privacy and preference since I would personally spray a disinfectant on the beds before and after sleeping but had to redo it upon seeing the beds were made by the housekeeper. I believe room cleaning services should be optional for guests.

The hot cold water/ shower was horrible. It was very difficult to get the right temperature. I pretty much had a hot /shower te whole time! Also - the beds ! I requested for two beds . I have never stayed on a hotel chain with TWIN beds! Who does that!?? Weird! It should always us be two doubles. This is not a dorm, considering the price we paid. We had to put the twin beds together so the 3 of us could fit! This was the worst part of the stay.

The location is pretty unbeatable, connected to the mall by a covered walkway, so you can just walk to the mall to do your shopping and dining without even needing a taxi. In general this is a high standard business hotel. The buffet restaurant is exceptional, I especially liked the muesli with tropical fruit. Pool is ok as well. Staff was nice and helpful, for example giving me an extra keycard when I accidentally locked myself out.

If your room faces away from the mall, your view will consist of a muddy vacant lot and a construction site. I was also disappointed with the bathroom, I rented this place for a couple of days because I was tired of the cement-box style of bathroom and wanted one where the shower and toilet were physically separated (I hate it when the bathroom floor is covered with dirty water). Based on the picture, this hotel had a sealed shower, but I was cruelly disappointed when as soon as I ran the shower, gallons of water ran out onto the floor. In fairness to them they provided extra towels and cleaned the bathroom when I complained, but they really need to check the seal on the shower units.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They treated us really well and were truly amazing. All staff always greeted us with smiles and clearly wanted us to have the best experience possible. Rooms were a decent size, very modern, clean and comfortable. Really liked the swimming pool/bar area with good food and cocktail options at reasonable prices. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Davao. Also, excellent location next to shopping mall/restaurants and really easy to get taxis.
