Location - close to various restaurants within the vicinity; near SM Lanang - you can just walk from the mall to the hotel and vice versa if you have plenty of time, but it would only take 10-15 minutes to reach the location, but make sure that it's not that hot outside. A cab or grab ride will do too for less hassle and comfort. It's also close to the airport (1-2 KMs away), and wharf if you have trip to Samal island. Comfortable beds - I slept a lot during my 4D3N stay there. They also have a fancy restaurant that serves sumptuous meals good for solo, family, or a group of friends/relatives. I love the breakfast selections and milkshakes. Sometimes they have a promo for free fruits when your total bill reaches a certain amount. If you'll get hungry on the wee hours of the night 'til the dawn, a nearby Korean restaurant is available for your hungry tummies. I adore that place since I love Korean foods. They are open 24 hours - imagine that. 🤣 Check-in and check out was a breeze. I checked out at 4AM, and it only took 2-3 minutes to receive a confirmation that all is set and I can go - that was awesome. The stairs are massive and spacious. A lot of times, I enjoyed using the stairs if I need to reach the ground floor as opposed to using the lift. I can use those stairs and dance the night away... Hahaha Wifi is pretty strong even inside the room. Cold/hot shower is also available. Strong water pressure is also evident. Water is available in the dispenser near the elevator of each floor. You can get water there if you need to by using the pitcher in your room.

Room service was only asked and done on a Sunday (well, that's what I witnessed during my stay). Probably, they could inform the guests about their schedule and just inform us to phone them for room service whenever necessary.

too pricey for the amenities. the free breakfast is not buffet and the serving was cute. the receptionist upon arrival wasnt even smiling, and was so-so. there was a problem with the payment. I paid for the stay via debit card, the terminal had a error so i paid in cash instead to get it over with but my card got charged for it. the receptionist said di naman daw nag reflect sa end niya ang charge. anyway, ako pa ang tatawag sa bank to dispute it.

The price and location was quite good! Absolutely loved the bed, it was quite big and comfortable especially the pillows. The wifi was quite fast and I really appreciated that. The breakfast was very nice too!

I didnt like that when I entered the room and they didnt have towels available. Had to call for them to send it over and it took a while before it arrived. The water from the shower leaks out and I had to request a bath mat.

Easy access to food and mall. Value for money. Fast internet for remote work meetings, etc. Good cable TV channel selections.

Very low water pressure so it takes forever to shower. One of the lobby attendants was unable to correctly provide a self-service laundry provider. They recommended Bubbles nearby which is unfortunately not self-service.

The room is clean, but a bit small space, the location is accessible, to almost all, but the most that i like are the personnels, they are amazing.

The reception/ information area must be well lighted whether there's customer or not, they look like unwelcoming without lights on. Not presentable if it's unlighted. Just my honest reply to the questions asked..

Comfortable bed with 2 pillows for each person. Separate toilet, shower and wash sink. There is a restaurant and a spa at the ground floor. The location is a few minutes taxi ride to SM Lanang.

There were no slippers in the room. There is not enough space to eat inside the room. The elevator was so small and at the time of our stay only 1 was working.

This is the second time i stayed with the hotel. I like the accommodation. The room is cleaned everyday and the location is near the place of my convention. It is easy to access transport also and the staff are accommodating. I like that water is always available. And they accommodated me even i came later in the early evening because of the delays i encountered during travel

nice and clean, I like that they have a dining table in each floor if one wants to eat, especially that we were a group, we were able to use thw olacs for light meals.

I love its proximity to several restaurants. It is also near SM Lanang, so if you are in the city to do some shopping, this hotel is perfect for you! I would also like to commend the hotel staff as they are very quick to respond to our concerns. They were very helpful when we needed help during our stay.

I must say I was a bit dismayed to find fresh lipstick stains on my bedsheet and some hair strands. It was definitely an indication that they were not changed at all. I hope that they practice cleanliness, especially in terms of changing bed sheet, pillow cases, etc as it gave me discomfort and a bit of hard time sleeping during our stay.
