Firstly I have stayed here numerous times because it is the best in Khon Kaen as far as I,m concerned. It is not the newest hotel but that is what I love about it.The traditional Thai style. Its very clean and the pool area is fantastic. The buffet breakfast is great . I always get the Thai vegetable and rice with fresh cooked scrambled eggs from the chef. What really makes this place are the staff . So a big thank you to The Manager Nathawat, Pantipa.S supervisor, Khampoon.L and all the rest of the amazing staff who really looked after me like a VIP customer. I will be staying there again 2 more times this year and now after 10 years its a bit like coming to a second home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its location as well. If your sight seeing or wanting the nightlife its all on the doorstep of this great place. I book the Junior suite always because the extra room is worth it and the views are very nice.

I carnt say that I didn't like anything . I would only make a suggestion to provide more shade in the pool area . Some shade sails over the pool perhaps. There is one green one but it only covers a small part at one end .

The location could not be better for visitors to KK. Close to restaurants , nightlife , train station and especially within walking distance to the Central shopping mall. The breakfast was good ( not exceptional) with fresh eggs cooked to order. Great shower with copious hot water all the time. Parking seemed limited but ask and they will accommodate you because that was how the staff were...friendly.

The property is older but well maintained. Only shortcoming was that the bedrooms were a little small.

Stayed in many a hotel across Thailand but nothing beats The Kosa. Fantastic staff who will look after your every need, nothing is to much. Great swimming pool and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Cannot wait already to be back again next year. Thank you to all the staff for always greeting us with a smile and for all your hard work in making sure are stay at the Kosa is always a great one!

Nothing bot to like

The room was quite small but the bed big and comfortable. The bathroom and room were aged but kept in reasonable condition. Was quiet and the view extensive but not the best direction. The staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble. The dining areas very good as was the service and staff. The pool area, gym and wellness areas and service very good.

There was no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room. The TV reception wasn't good. Very fuzzy on all channels.

This hotel is a gem. The staff welcome you as if you were a regular customer, we have stayed there before but not that often. They even knew it was my birthday. They are all really helpful and cheerful which makes the place feel comfortable to be in. The place has an air of calmness and is always super clean and tidy. Everything works. There are clearly more elements to the hotel than we have explored, including a very nice garden area with a Koi pond which is super relaxing to look at. The decor is really nice mostly wood and looking quite traditional. Out the front is an excellent dining and drinking area, with music. And, it is in the ideal location for a night out.

I had a fantastic stay at the Kisa Hotel! The highlight of my day was definitely the swimming pool, where I had a wonderful time teaching my girlfriend to swim. The room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a real treat, offering a delightful variety of both Thai and Western dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Good for were I needed to go. Breakfast very good

Air con a bit noisy but you get used to it. And a little thing might not bother others but I couldn't get the curtains to close properly so I had a gap and the light come through in the morning, if I was staying longer I would've asked to change rooms and I'm sure they would've been ok with it.

I found this to be an extremely comfortable place to stay, with an elegant atmosphere inside and a lovely garden to stroll around in to the rear. The mattress was soft, the hot water in the shower outstanding, the air-conditioning cool. It was a perfect place to stay for a night. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well, including the made-to-order omelet. The staff members were all courteous and helpful. I will stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Big improvement in the standard of the rooms, compared to when we stayed this time last year. The beds are and always have been very comfortable. Our particular rooms look like they had even been recently painted ++. Well done Kosa, please keep investing in your hotel, to ensure people keep coming back.

Breakfast hasn't improved. Serving cold food that should be hot is just poor. 2 out of 4 of us ended up with a bad stomach after eating breakfast, on both days.

Kosa has been around for a long time and so has my Grampa. I love them both, they have character in abundance. Clean, location good for everything and decent gym. The bed was great

A little dated but that can be a positive too. I don't need square taps or want to sleep in a clinic.
