I was really happy that i could check-in at 7am without paying extra. After a 12h busride that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you again :) Everything was very clean.
I had a loud neighbour over me who woke me up in the early morning. I heard literally every step and activity. To take a shower is inconvenient since its a very small area and there is no curtain. Not that bad but its in a quiet side street, 10 minutes walk to the next 7-11 or coffeeshop.

bathroom is not that clean, need extra clean for soap& shampoo dispenser and need to fix some leakage at the toilet water inlet.

A very quick, easy, no fuss check in.
Room was in need of an upgrade but that does not take away from the fact it was comfortable.

Value for money
Not really handy to anything unless you are driving and not easy to find. Shower recess is about 20 inches wide so water ends up everywhere
