The Kosa Hotel in Khon Kaen is truly a little gem! From its convenient location to the exceptional service, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely fantastic – always warm and welcoming, making sure to greet me with a friendly 'sawasdee' whether I was heading out for the day or returning to the hotel. One of the highlights was the proximity to the steakhouse next door. The food was outstanding, and the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it a perfect spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kosa Hotel. It's a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Khon Kaen.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Khon Kane , great value for money . Room was a standard double and was the perfect size for a solo traveller , however maybe a bit small for a couple , although the bathroom was a good size . I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked very spacious. The staff were very polite and friendly apart from the guy checking me in as he was more interested in talking to his colleague than me , I got not directions around the hotel apart from my room was on floor 11 . The parking at the hotel was tight for the size of the hotel . Apart from the check in guy is preventing me from giving 10/10 but I would stay again .

The reception man didn’t tell me anything as in the restaurant is here or talk at all apart from saying my room was on floor 11 , didn’t even give me directions to the elevator. Also the swimming pool in tiny for the size of the hotel

Nice room on high floor with good city views. Very clean. Good fast wi fi. Nice breakfast. The breakfast room very nicely located. An excellent fish pond beside it. Hotel location is very good. Some good places to eat, bars and a night market nearby. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and nice. The hotel lacks its own on site laundry facility. There is a laundry service to a nearby launderette - but you are charged per item. I asked for an alternative launderette that had coin operated machines. The staff directed me to one on the corner of the main road 338 Na Mueang 23 (Google maps), an excellent launderette which was half the cost. An 8 minute walk away but concierge very kindly took me on the hotel tuk tuk.

Parking appears limited. Although I did not have a problem I imagine it would be difficult if lots of guests had to park cars.

The staff are all friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and well presented. Good size outdoor pool, gym and spa services. Gifts can be bought from inside the main lobby. The room and big bed was very comfortable. Complimentary tea, coffee and water. Mini bar items which can be bought. The bathroom was good with hot shower as required. Room was cleaned and restocked everyday. Plenty of choice for breakfast, hot and cold. There is parking close by (50m) in security controlled car park. For free parking the lobby staff scan your ticket.

Firstly I have stayed here numerous times because it is the best in Khon Kaen as far as I,m concerned. It is not the newest hotel but that is what I love about it.The traditional Thai style. Its very clean and the pool area is fantastic. The buffet breakfast is great . I always get the Thai vegetable and rice with fresh cooked scrambled eggs from the chef. What really makes this place are the staff . So a big thank you to The Manager Nathawat, Pantipa.S supervisor, Khampoon.L and all the rest of the amazing staff who really looked after me like a VIP customer. I will be staying there again 2 more times this year and now after 10 years its a bit like coming to a second home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for its location as well. If your sight seeing or wanting the nightlife its all on the doorstep of this great place. I book the Junior suite always because the extra room is worth it and the views are very nice.

I carnt say that I didn't like anything . I would only make a suggestion to provide more shade in the pool area . Some shade sails over the pool perhaps. There is one green one but it only covers a small part at one end .

The building was nice and well maintained throughout, the staff were all very helpful and the room was very nice also that I was upgraded due to an issue. Shows they fix problems with care and respect. Its also well located in Khon Kaenfor food markets and its easy to get around to the many beautiful temples Khon Kaen boasts. Central shopping is a short walk away. Everything you need and more right at the doorsteps of this lovely hotel.

Clean room, daily cleaning until 3 pm, no spoons or kettles in the room (but were brought to the room within 5 minutes upon request), a pool with swim-up facilities, hotel includes 2 restaurants, a grand entrance with concierge hall, a conference center and a spa/massage area, 7/Eleven, restaurants, cafes: all nearby, nightclubs and bars a 10-minute Bolt taxi ride away, (Thai expat, frequent traveler, in August 2025).

Hotel a bit dated but still ok.

The location could not be better for visitors to KK. Close to restaurants , nightlife , train station and especially within walking distance to the Central shopping mall. The breakfast was good ( not exceptional) with fresh eggs cooked to order. Great shower with copious hot water all the time. Parking seemed limited but ask and they will accommodate you because that was how the staff were...friendly.

The property is older but well maintained. Only shortcoming was that the bedrooms were a little small.

Stayed in many a hotel across Thailand but nothing beats The Kosa. Fantastic staff who will look after your every need, nothing is to much. Great swimming pool and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Cannot wait already to be back again next year. Thank you to all the staff for always greeting us with a smile and for all your hard work in making sure are stay at the Kosa is always a great one!

Nothing bot to like

Have stayed a few times. Staff are always polite and very helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with sundries. The beds are comfortable, the room easy to adjust temperature. Free parking 50m from hotel, collect ticket from carpark entrance. When you leave or take your car from the carpark, present the ticket to hotel desk staff, they will scan the ticket to allow free parking.
