MG Grand felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of the Freeport zone. I did enjoy that MG Grand was walking distance to the mall, duty-free store, bars, and restaurants. Staff were very respectful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and pristine. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Don't stay in this hotel for the views because there is none. Wifi here is very spotty and fails at times. (This needs attentions asap).

clean, new and elegant tiles, very friendly staff, plus the lift is so fragrant! the breakfast had a good spread, with western and Filipino food being offered, salad, cereals, fruits and even an egg station, with polite and attentive staff. the rooftop pool looked good although we didn’t swim, and the view of the ocean at the rooftop was really good. the bathroom tiles looked new as did the hallways and lift. I would definitely recommend this hotel, definitely not sleazy.

I would have preferred a body wash rather than a round soap for the toiletries. also providing a hand towel would be good. when we checked in, the doors weren’t locking properly but the maintenance people promptly rectified the problem

once my room was changed. the room met my expectations. it was clean and comfortable and the facilities were great, amazing brunch and servicea.

the first room before it got changed had very few working electrical sockets, the bed was past due, lumpy and I could feel the springs. the bathroom wasn't very clean behind the toilet. the second room was a big improvement but the AC unit would freeze and leak condensation all over the wall.

breakfast, was ok, but bland tasting, toaster could be turned up to toast , not just heat the bread, even after sending through 2 times, barley toast, no color of toast

no internet connection in room 6076, too late at night to deal with it and the front desk, had early morning flight, just used my data on my cell phone. notified front desk on check out.

New, clean and location is Superb. Many restaurants nearby.

Breakfast and food was just average. Was expecting a bit more but other than that everything is good!

The pool area and the location.

If you bring a guest it's too much of a hassle to bring them to your room. You have to fill out papers and the staff watches you like a hawk. Don't like the room lighting in the bathroom or main bedroom. It's too dim. Overpriced in my opinion!

It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and the room was so clean. Since we arrived in Pinas in november we have been going around and checked in in a few hotels and this is by far the most cleanest, and comfortable hotel weve been. Very fresh! And the staffs are all friendly and helpful. :) Will surely go back next year! P.S I love the Mojito! Kudos to the bartender :)

Personnel were very professional and accommodating. They were always ready to help and to provide with all necessary services. Jonalyn, Willan and Jheffrey provided us a very commendable service.We would probably return again.Thank you.

The staff were friendly. The property is also clean. Close to the mall and restaurants.

There was an ongoing construction. I got lost going to my room. There was no clear directions leading to our room. The swimming pool was hella cold! 🥶

We were inform the same day roof top pool wont be available from 1pm-10pm bc of private events (only in the PH 🤔?) isn’t it supposed to be the roof top pool is for all guest? i didn’t complaint tho 😀
